It is not the quality of the product I get every time I go the card readers are down and it takes forever to get through. I was there two days ago and spend close to 10 mins for a car that got one drink. This place is closer and on my way to work but I go to 27th or Clearwater because they can be fast and interactive, not just one.
Best location in Kennewick for fast service. Baristas are always friendly. When I need a pick me up in the A.M. before work it’s nice to know I don’t have to stress about arriving late due to a slow line.
For the most part I love Dutch Bros but this time I was a little upset. My family and I have a tradition of going to Dutch on our birthdays and getting a large Italian soda. This time it was for my 12 year old daughter's birthday and they would not give her a large because she needed to have the app that shows her birthday. She is 12 years old and doesn't have a phone like a lot of other kids do. I even said that and they didn't seem to care.
Always an amazing place to get a drink no matter what it turns out great and this Dutch specifically when I ask for a surprise rebel they make such a good combo
Order accuracy is an issue. The line moves quick enough to get you through quick even with long lines... But focus on making sure the order is right.
Got the caramel pumpkin, was really nice but a little too sweet.

Best Dutch-Brothers stand in town. Always fast service, even if there's a line. Strong attention to detail and bubbly servers make this place a go-to spot for coffee. Don't forget to ask for a free drink on your birthday.
This is my FAVORITE dutch. My boyfriend took me here and I was SHOCKED! it is 3 times larger then an dutch bros I've seen before. Its so cool. I wish it would have been a sit down like they planned for it, that would have been pretty cool. Still, a great place that makes great drinks!
