3/29/22 This was my 1st time trying Dickey's after wasting my money on fake BBQ around the Tri Cities area. I was born and raised in Texas and I know good BBQ. I had given up! Ohhhh but wait, I saw this place after visiting a nearby grocery store and thought why not. I had super low expectations even after reading the great reviews. Whewww man, this is good stuff! Even better than I would have ever expected. The portions aren't Texas size but good enough to enjoy a great meal!
Went for only a Large Mac n Cheese was charged almost $18 i question why so much the girl just simply told me it was 13 plus tax n charges well it was busy n din want to make a scene in front of others and sure enough when i go back into my car i saw she charged me a $4 tip on my card all she did scoop me some mac n cheese n charges me a big tip for herself without asking me !! WowThats a rip off !
11/27/21 was driving through around 12-12:30. thought I stop in for a cueban for the road. sandwich was great as usual but the reason I'm leaving the review is because of the 2 young men working there at the time. they both were kind, courteous, and took pride in their jobs. well done
We were really pleased by the customer service and quality of the food this time. It was very refreshing to see young people working and actually looking like they enjoyed their jobs.
The staff was very courteous and helpful. The dining room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Now, my only wish was that it was ALL YOU CAN EAT!
So Glad I have a dickeys here in Kennewick. I love coming in for the new sausage selection. Can't wait to order my catering for the superbowl

Stopped to grab a quick dinner after work tonight at kennewick Dickies and I have to say I had the best service! The two young men working were so sweet and working hard! As I was paying my bill we were chatting about how hard it is on places trying to keep help and staying open, I tipped them and the asked do you share the tips? They both replied yes and how good people were tipping and I said that’s great because we being customers appreciate you for your work! Thank you both ?
By far one of the most underrated places in the Tri-Cities. This place is consistently great. Come and get it! BBQ is on! Super friendly staff and just a very nice dining establishment.
