Our steak was over cooked & upon telling the hostess we found out they originally gave our food to another customer. The coffee we had after our meal was barely warm & we had to ask for a fresh pot to be made. Overall experience felt like we were a bother to the server & our complaints we had were their fault not ours!
When I arrived I stood at the front for a good 10 minutes they were not busy and two of the employees looked right at me and didn't bother to get me and my son a table. The waitress that was taking care of my table was outstanding!! She is the reason I gave 4 stars other wise I'd only gave you 2
We were sitted with not the proper expectations on wait time don't understand why would manager not let us know we understand short staff we work in retail with customers. There was people waiting 2 hours up to 1 hr wait. Please next time don't allow us to wait with young kids hungry we would gladly go some were else..... Taco bell down the road was packed and were super fast and food was ?.....
Took my dad to Dennys and he ordered the Cobb Salmon Salad with Avocado and he did not stop raving about it. My hunny ordered a sandwich he never tried before that was so bomb!
It was good food! Pretty expensive for just breakfast and a drink but the food tasted great, it was pretty busy so we only got a refill once the whole time so thats the only reason it was 4 stars. Super nice waitress though.
Order#601153 We came in to dine there today.. we had one of the worst experiences we have ever had coming to dennys over the years... The food took an hour to come out, all but one of the meals where cold, over cooked and just wrong.. 3/4s of everyones food wast left on the plate as uneaten.. i did receive a discount but that only covered one of the 5 meals that were completely messed up.. I am beyond Disappointed and quite insulted that the $18 is the best you can do for a discount
Food was over priced by about $4 each meal, but food tasted good. 6oz black coffee was ridiculously priced @ $3.94 and OJ that cost the same tasted watered down. Customer service needs greatly improved.
I'm only giving the lounge 5 stars...service excellent!! Not too noisy, full menu and music. Great place!!
It was okay but not the best in my opinion the food was great it tasted very nice and a really amazing burger it had a Smoking Flavor to it and the Fries were to the right Crispy and softness level, the drinks were above bar, the only Complication I found is there were lot's of homeless people in front or even inside sometimes and they would ask for stuff, everything else was Enjoyable though. Staff was doing awesome job
Waitress took our order attempted to not write anything down which is never a good sign. A short time after she comes by to let us know she is going on her break. We waited for well over 30 minutes to get Big Dipper Melt and a Burger with fries. Where we were seated I could see into the kitchen and noticed our order waiting in the window for at least 10 minutes, since our waitress was on break we were at the mercy of another server. Finally our food arrived and it was wrong and cold. The substitute server took my husbands burger back to add the cheese to it, but both orders were wrong and cold. Our server finally came back from break stopped very briefly to ask if we were okay. Didn't even have time to explain anything before she was on her way again. We continued to eat our cold food. Once done we waited for her to return to clear the plates or ask about dessert or bring our bill that never happened. Finally went to the counter to pay where we found a hostess we think and the manager who was clearly out the register for the evening. I told them we never got a bill and advised where we were seated they never asked out our food was or service. I attempted to alert the manager but she was more interested in another server who arrived to tell her a story. I mentioned to the hostess of the poor service not once did she offer any apologies or to get the manager back involved. The restaurant wasn't even busy for a Friday night so there is no excuse for poor service and cold food other then poor staff including managers. It will be a while before we considering going there again. Not worth paying cold food and poor service.
