I went there to get a small bowl of ice cream to boost myself up and I'm a diabetic 1. I was still recovery from having a few teeth pulled and ice cream was the best to eat at the moment. I dropped down to 50 and needed a quick pick me up. I even said I wanted a small bowl or cup of ice cream nothing crunchy. My mom also wanted one for herself. Two swirl ones in small bowls or cups. They changed us for two large swirl cups. I tried to say hey I was expecting small ones and they were rude and smiled and walked away. I ended up eating a small amount and had to throw it away. We're not going back there again.
My order was incorrect and cold. They gave my husband the blizzards and then had him pull forward and wait for our "hot" food. The burger was so cold the cheese was not melted, we also requested unions but those were missing as well.One of our blizzards were incorrect and of course they were half melted and running all over the place. Unfortunately this DQ on 395 has really went down hill.
Other than their blizzards, we love getting lunch at DQ as well. Being gluten free, their chicken tender bites salad with ranch is the best fast food salad there is. Other salads don't have enough toppings or ranch compared to the lettuce and DQ is not the case. Good food for errand-running!
I do love me a flame thrower burger here, but I will say it can come with flaws. I have been here a decent amount and I would say about 1 in 5 times I go something either gets messed up with my order. They are always willing to fix the issue although they do seem quite clueless. Granted some staff seem on their A game, but others seem not very present. Their bathroom has been very clean at times, and other times smells and looks like a homeless person lived there.
I put a mobile in & called to see if I can go through the drive threw because I did not want to get my nephew out of the car seat and put him right back in & they said that was fine got to the drive thru & the girl couldn’t have been more rude. Handed me my order and as I was telling her thank you and to have a good day she shut the window, rude staff.
The drive thru is oddly located and unsafe. Of the times that I've gone there, my order is right only about 1/2 the time. It's slow and expensive. The food is grease but the ice cream is good.
Got extremely sick after visiting this restaurant. Not 100% sure it was related but my wife did as well, and we shared a chicken sandwich. Only giving it 2 stars because it’s slightly possible it wasn’t the food from here but I’m pretty positive.
We waited at the drive through speaker and I might have said “hello?” A few times before someone actually said something. The person never even greeted me. I was waiting for 10 minutes for someone to get my order. The cashier didn’t even acknowledge I waited a while. Horrible service never coming back
Dulce Tlehuactle deserves to be fired. Very snappy and messed up our order. Not friendly whatsoever and when we asked her to pause so we could see if we got the correct order she went back inside. Worst dairy queen.
Very dry food.i has to ask for extra sauce if was still dry so I added ketchup..I had no idea who was staff because everyone was wearing jeans and t shirt or sweat pants. So finding help was interesting. Needless to say I won't go back
