I'm not sure what they put in the cookies but I'm fairly certain it's addictive. The flavors are amazing (albeit occasionally repetitive) and the staff have never been in a bad mood (with all those cookies who would be?). If you buy the ones that are served hot make sure to buy two otherwise one isn't making it home.
Experienced my first Crumbl cookie a couple weeks ago at work. Hands down the best ive had. Was not expecting such a hefty dense cookie. Had the toffee cookie. Very tasty. Will be going back for more in the future.
Absolutely love Crumbl , Best cookies ever. Always fresh and delicious! Our location in Kennewick has such friendly staff and a clean building. I appreciate that they show us our cookies for approval before we take them home. Shows that they care. Enjoy seeing all the new flavors every week! will definitely continue being a loyal customer.
Nice warm delicious cookies. Staff is helpful and nice. Clean restaurant and open later than other dessert places in the area.
Would love to give more stars because the cookies are delicious but the awareness of the employees is horrible. Had a carry out order and followed all the directions and waited for name to be called out. Until no one was left in the store. And then we still had to get someone’s attention to ask where our cookies were. Even though we were the only ones standing there.

Amazing cookies! Every week has at least 2 additional flavors we can’t resist on top of the yummy sugar and chocolate chip cookies. My favorite is the pumpkin with cream cheese frosting.
I got 4 different types of cookies, and honestly cant say i have anything bad to say about them. Even after a day or 2, heated up for a couple seconds. They were still amazing. Way bigger than i thought. Definitely get your moneys worth.
These are some of the best cookies I’ve ever had. I love that they are served both warm and cold. My favorite, so far, is the birthday cake. I say “so far”, because there are new flavors each week that look and sound fantastic, so I don’t know when a new one will top the birthday cake one.
Was really tasty. The best cookies I've had!! Really recommend them all but the sugar crumble cookie.
