It was so chill, I had to get my favorite. The Salad with a twist, I add jalapeños and limes with the topattio ranch and its to die for, the spice adds a extra layer and is just something I have always gotten when I was a kid. I Love spicy!!!!
The tortillas made in house is so delicious. Prices are reasonable. HEADS UP, make sure you have a place to nap after eating here. Those burritos will fill you up and send you on a beach themed comma.
The food here is good when prepared as ordered, but something in our order is wrong 80% of the time. And not small things, they forget parts of the order and/or use the wrong meat/fillings. We almost always order takeout because this place is close to our house and convenient on busy nights, but they never have our order even started when we go to pick it up at the time their website says it will be done anymore. We’ve started ordering online and then just going straight there to tell them we’re waiting so they’ll start our order, which defeats the whole purpose of online ordering. We used to order at least monthly, but now we only do so every 6 months or so because this branch is a mess and understaffed.
There was a strange sweetness to my burrito that I didn't expect and couldn't figure out. Might have been the sauce, I had roasted green Chile, but it shouldn't have been sweet at all. Overall mediocre. Friendly service, though.
Great food, the guy with the ponytail needs a long lesson in customer service but his bad attitude is the only reason they did not earn 5 stars. Food was great and so was the rest of the staff.
Food is amazing but this one here in Kennewick the kind of skimpy. Go to Pasco Road 68 food just as good but they ask you when you're done ordering would you like some guacamole and sour cream this that and theY also PUT MORE MEAT on burritos and tacos or pitas they are stuffed. They don't ask you any of those questions here in Kennewick I might suggest you go sew them in the Pasco store. Kennewick very nice clean employees are very nice and polite.
Ordered online for a 5:00 pm pick up. Got in at 4:50 and let the person know I had a 5:00 pm order online. Waited 25 minutes for the 8 people working to start my order at 5:10. (There was not another customer to serve while I was there either) foods pretty good but that’s frustrating having to wait that long.
Great staff! But unfortunately very small portions, even for a child who orders off the adult menu. Nothing like the pictures on their menu. While sitting at the table eating, I watched a drug deal right out front of the restaurant on the sidewalk. I think that sums it up.
Food always good but customer service not so much. Online orders beware- Arrived to pick up my online order recently only to find out that they sometimes get cancelled without notice because they are busy.
