Nice looking Chuck E Cheese but i miss when they use to have the animatronics, doesn't feel like a Chuck E Cheese without them. Not that much games and there's some really awesome games i remember going as a kid which i don't see here at this location. I feel there's many games people just don't care about at this location and they only take up space that can be used for other better games. The Snowmobile game had the audio super low and could barely hear it. One major thing that i remember as a kid was the volume being loud and feeling immersed into the game. The Luigi game is pretty awesome though. Look up Crimson Skies arcade Machine, that game was awesome and moved like you were flying in the game, also that Jurassic Park game that the seat moved and stuff, damn now that i think about it, the Chuck E Cheese where I lived was amazing and now Chuck E Cheese is just a shell of what it used to be. Sad thing to see places we loved lose their touch but to be honest it's our fault and not taking out kids to these places and just let them play their video games at home, yeah its video games technically and Chuck E Cheese but its helps kids grow and become social with other kids
My son wanted to celebrate his birthday here this year. The price for 9 kids with unlimited play for 2 hours plus a few pizzas and unlimited drink refills. Our hostess Aleena- - - (not sure if I spelled her name correctly) did an amazing job with a above and beyond pleasant attitude. It was inexpensive,easy, fun! I highly recommend the birthday package from CEC
I grew up in the 90's so my taste for an arcade are based off that. It was okay. Really busy but that was expected the game floor was not as big as I would've liked and maybe this has been a thing for awhile but there wasn't a play structure. I remember that being the best part of Chuck E. Cheese but again my opinion is biased. I'd go back for another kid's birthday but wouldn't go out of my way to just visit for fun.
I paid for the expensive package for my kids birthday and they never gave us everything that was supposed to be in the package. Host proceeds to try to charge me for the pizza I already paid for. We were supposed to get 2000 tickets if there was no helium balloons present. We had no helium balloons and no 2000 tickets was issued. Host was not helpful nor informative. We were supposed to get 2 large pizzas for the adults and we only received one. We were supposed to receive Chuck E Cheese goody bags and an ice cream but never got it, I had to pay for ice cream out of my own pocket for the kids to have ice cream. The kids were supposed to receive Chuck E Cheese tote bags and a collectible cup but got nothing, I paid for collectible cups on my own for them to get one. I paid over $ on the Ultimate super star package for my kids birthday to receive not everything we were supposed to receive. I honestly think the host didn’t care so she didn’t give what the package promised. I feel like I over paid and ended up buying things the package was supposed to offer.
We love the new building bigger than the old one, pizza tastes good only thing i didnt like was its to expensive needs better deals

Pizza and boneless are there best. Use of card for games no more tokens. Get app to get points and rewards. While there can add items popping up in app. Always coupons online for pizza and cards. Tuesdays special on game cards- $15 per hour.

Spent $400 for our sons 1st birthday party for a group of 20ish 14 were adults. 4 pizzas and wrist bands were included Was told we’d get goodie bags for the kids at the end. It’s over and was told oh sorry gave you more tokens. We’re out of goodie bags.. Great communication… would've been nice to know to begin with. ? not to mention got charged for 10 kids for wrist bands so have a lot if anyone wants them. And 2/3 of everyone in the party already ordered their own pizza before the four included even came Will never go back and will tell all my friends the same
It was a good experience, decent food, clean, and a friendly atmosphere. The only problem and it seems to be a persistent one, alot of the arcade games don't work. But one of the main reasons I even decided to make a review was to shout out the owner. I was reading threw these reviews and you respond to almost all of them. Which I think is just amazing to see you take the time to read and respond to these.
