1st time eating here...it was super yummy :) had a burrito with white rice, mild salsa, pinto beans, chicken, cheese & sour cream...was very filling...wish I would have weighed the burrito cuz it was hefty...definately get your money's worth, that's for sure...also got the queso & chips...both very tasty as well...the chips were probably the best tortilla chip I have ever eaten...will definately get repeat biz from me :)
Good fast Mexican food. Be careful with the Hot ? Salsa. When you bring home chips and salsa for your Mexican husband and he says “this salsa is F’in Hot” you know it is hot! I could hardly enjoy my Burrito. ?♀️
Always fresh and consistent. Line goes pretty quick. I visited the one in Tri cities
The food was good. They have great vegan options. I was sad they didn't have the vegan sofritas that day, but it all tasted good and they made our food fast. Ordering online is great for road trips--you can customize your order however you like and then just stop on your way and pick it up! Very fast and convenient!
Love this place!! It's always fresh, made right in front of you!! Portions, depends on how hungry you are. Good size portions tho, they don't skimp on anything!!
The Kennewick store is ridiculous by not being able to take orders by phone.This is especially true when their website is not working right and after youtook the time to place your order, put your cc# in to pay.........it says there wasA problem with your payment! WOW.......Really?They must not need the business I guess. Maybe I will try the QueensgateStore. I use to really like them, but I can't seem to get my order in!!
Service was great. 3 stars because steak was too pink and the tomatoes in salsa did not taste fresh at all (probably were 1 or 2 days old)
I used to be a big fan of Chipotle. I came to this Chipotle to order food for my friend who'd just lost her husband to Covid. When I got there rather than put everything into one large bag (I bought six meals) they put the meals in separate bags. Naturally I see my name on a bag and assume it's all the food. Partly my fault because I should've looked carefully but the bag I picked up felt heavy. Anyway once I got to my friends house and opened the bags I realized my error and immediately phoned Chipotle. They said I could come back and pickup the other two bags (which would've meant the food had sat out for two hours by the time I got there) or they'd refund me so I took the refund. The manager was very nice and accommodating. But what really irritated me was it took one full month and a half to issue my refund. WTH is with that? Highly unacceptable. I did eventually get the refund but it should not ever take that long to be processed.
Love going to Chipotle!! I go their every time I visit tri-cities and I've always finished my food. Just wish they didn't run out of queso from time to time. I will never get tired of eating at Chipotle. Fantastic food. Little expensive, but will still get food from there.
Favorite place to eat but came in today & was disappointed the girls in the front looked like they didn't know what they were doing one looked at me clueless I had to speak to her to get my order started & then once I paid for it looked like there was nothing on my plate I really paid 30 nothing. Won’t be returning.
