The lady who is always there is so nice and friendly. I am not sure if she is the owner or not but she is great. Unfortunately the last time we went she wasn't there and it was not the same. Lots of flavors not working. Never asked if we would like sample cups. Also some of the toppings weren't out that normally are. I hope the original lady will be back next time we go. Unfortunately if it is those 2 girls again we will probably stop going. The reason I gave it 5* is because other than the last visit it has always been amazing.

Brought my granddaughter here for a little cold weather treat.Very nice place, clean, bright and comfortable.Good value for the money, the yogurt was great, and the owner very nice.Will definitely come back, and highly recommend!
BEST frozen yogurt shop in the Tri Cities!!! Staff are sooo welcoming and the new (to me) Vegan Vanilla flavor is EXTRAORDINARY!! DELICIOUS!!

Really good custard, i tried both the vanilla & chocolate. I really appreciate the fact that this place is here in the tri-cities, makes it easy to visit and enjoy. Reasonable prices too ?
The best flavors, cleanest counters, and friendliest staff! Always a fun and affordable outing with our toddler. The lemon custard is amazing. Landon, our cashier, was super nice and accommodating!
The owner of the Place was so so friendly and Greeted us with a Big Smile. They had some vegan and no dairy choices as well. Loved the shop and Love the yogurts! They even have frozen custard as well. Will go back again!
