1st time here and my wife and thoroughly enjoyed. She got Casa Rosita Bowl w/adobada and I got 2 tacos.
So delicious and alot of food was included. We got the torte and carnitas bowl and it was very flavorful. The carnitas were cooked just right.
First time trying birria tacos...incredible. this ain't your average taco truck!
Got takeout here on a chilly day and it was excellent! The biria tacos are well worth the try and as per local family these are the best in town! The meat is perfectly seasoned and the broth is an excellent addition for dipping. Devoured it all and hoping to make a return trip any time in the area!
Amazing food at a fair price. Right next to Flower Farm my wife's favorite plant store. Take your family through the greenhouses and enjoy some tacos
We eat at this taco truck way too often. Their food is always fresh. They are open 10 to 10 except on Sundays. The wait time is very minimal.
First time ….ordered a Chicken Burrito plus sides of refried beans and rice. WOW WOW! So good and the flavor was awesome! The BEST. Will be back. Thanks?

I can't believe I forgot to review you guys. I feel guilty ? Welp, better late than never!First off, their consome is unique. I can taste that tomato in there and a special seasoning. Since I know how Stacks does theirs I wanted to see how these guys changed it. I prefer Casa Rosita's because they don't have a lot of grease on their consome.Second, their Birria Tacos are *hard swallow*... better. Yes, it's hard for me to say it but here's the thing. They don't overdo it. They keep the taco nice and simple and they know how to balance their ingredients, most importantly the cheese. I've gotten too much cheese at Stacks to the point were I could choke no matter how much I chew.Third, their torta de asada was fire. Fat torta with a decent amount of meat. It's not that special. It was delicious.Fourth, pricing is a little high but that's just the way it is anywhere I guess.No stars deducted though. Service was awesome, location is perfect especially at night I love how quiet it is. It is a real good location and I absolutely love the fact that the have a huge parking lot.I will be back! ??
