Friday 22nd 2022 a small group of friends and I came to this location for a quick meal we went to dine in. We ordered our food my brother was charged twice he didn’t notice. We went sat down the gentleman Victor with tattoos was the one helping us. He immediately caught his error and brought it to our attention He was honest, my brother was refunded I got my meal but it wasn’t the right one. Again victor stepped up made my order himself fresh! I was impressed. He was a stand up guy and honest, respectful. Great customer service. They were really busy! All the guys there were hustling to get orders out.
They messed up the order, and gave us a different burger than what we ordered. It was good though.
The food was good, I asked for no hot sauce on my food and they still put it on there and didn't realize it until I got home.

I give it 0 stars . Went in there today and not only did I wait 20 minutes for my food but my tenders were cooked to a crisp , my fries were cold and my sourdough was soggy. The poor girl in there with the short hair and glasses was literally doing everything and there was a bald guy standing around in the back during the rush doing nothing . When I went in and asked if I could get hot fries . The older gentleman proceeded to go to the back and yell she’s complaining about the fries very rudely , when I simply asked for hot ones . SAVE YOUR MONEY , do not waist your time and money here , you will regret it
Would give 0 stars if possible. Waited 20 minutes for food and my burger was missing bacon, a patty and the rest of our food was sloppily put together. Shake was melted and basically just chocolate milk. Fountain machine tastes like mildew. Fries stale but at least warm, unlike the rest of the food. Don't recommend this at all. Avoid this restaurant if possible. The one in Eugene Oregon is much much better.
Decent the food was good fries were crispy not soggy. But my daughters hot honey chicken and waffle sandwich was twice the size is mine mine literally look like a slider and they forgot my order the first time so we had to go back through the drive-thru but the food was good.
It has been a minute since I have eaten at this establishment. Wasn't feeling it. Burgers are tiny. Fries were warm but tasted alright. The thing that really disappointed me was no napkins. Come on now. No napkins.
