I used to love Carl's Jr, it was a lways a favorite of mine growing up, the food is still good but it's just so expensive now. 6 or more dollars for a slightly bigger burger is insane, especially when you can get a better burger from a sitdown place for cheaper. Wishing the prices were a bit lower so people could enjoy good burgers without going broke.
At this location I would highly recommend not going there ever since they 1st opened and we have been there only a few times but it's been a horrible food we've eaten at the one in Richfield and it's been unbelievable and other Sunnyside the 1 here in Kennewick and in Richland are basically not good no flavor Very bad put together.
A bit spendy for the quality. Always a little short of flavor. But if you're hungry and need something to hit the spot just enough to fill your tummy, I would recommend that this was the place to get that fulfilment.

I come here after work. Their hand breaded chicken sandwich is made out of real meat. The girls working there in the morning are so friendly and offer coupons and amazing customer service.
Very disappointing went through drive-thru asked large dr pepper taste like water and sugar...... Not problem went throw again drive thru explained they said okay we can replace it i said i get coke pulled up they gave to me but the when she asked for the old drink back i felt like I was lying to her and i was trying to get away with free drink gave it back guess no (COVID) polices she threw it away it's fine not problem. Once more drive off and drink was once again nasty.... Food did not taste good ate half of it and threw it away food tasted reheated keep in mind I'm not picky picky person please don't misinterpreted me trying to be high maintenance at all. 30 min lunch I'm new to area wow not happy.
Employees totally on a power trip about masks. $30 for cruddy food and didn’t even get drinks. Best bring your business elsewhere.

I/we were all tired from driving for hours. I should have remembered to not order a famous star with cheese(pre-made and sit there). My burger was sad at best and maybe close to luke warm. Some of the lettuce was brown and all wilted, the tomato was mush, the onion was fine. It was obviously made way before I got my food. Worst fast food burger I have ever had.
The restrooms are clean and well maintained. Food is better then most burger houses.
