I just put an online order to this store and when I showed up they had a truck blocking the drive thru so I thought something was wrong with it. So I went to door and it was locked, I knocked and the staff just looked at me like I was an idiot. I put my phone up to show them I had put in an online order and she finally opened the door to tell me they were closed, something went wrong. I said why you guys taking online orders then? She kept telling me to cancel online-NOT POSSIBLE!! I told her you can’t cancel orders online!(even one of the officers said you can’t cancel orders online, he checked ?) She said come back tomorrow so I asked her if she can give me a receipt for proof or something, you know something in writing? So she asked for my name(I gave it to her) and she closed the door and walked away. Stupid me I assumed she was going to get me one) so I was waiting, mean while other costumers started showing up, even doordash. Someone told me to ask for the managers name so I went to the door to ask(I knocked on door) the employees all just sat there and ignored me. I have it all on video btw. I gave up and I left, as I was driving away I say cops showing up so I went back, I don’t want to get pulled over for something petty. When I got there I heard the employee saying something about kicking doors? She better not even be talking about me, because I have it all on video. this whole thing could have been handled so much better by your employees, they need training in courtesy and how not to lie to the customers. So I got trespass and didn’t even get the managers name ???? YOU GO BURGER KING WITH YOUR ILL TRAINED EMPLOYEES!!!
We got 15 orders of the nuggets just for funzies! Cost about 23 bucks and was an awful life decision, but they tasted good and got out to us pretty quickly, so 5 stars! Heck yeah!
Pretty simple order. 2 #1’s. Asked what drinks. Coke and a Sprite and an ice cream cone. They hand me a cone and large sprite. I wait for a while and the girl asks me if they missed anything. They literally lost the order. And talked to me like it was my fault. Their food isn’t worth stupid.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. I order a rodeo king and get a small hamburger with 3 tiny onion rings on it with nothing else. No mayo, ketchup, anything. Then when I try calling them they don't answer. I will never be going to eat there again.
Out of large cups, Ice cream and milkshake machine down, and advertised falsely for a special burger that was discontinued. All in all staff is amazing just needs new management so the staff doesn't look bad for the incompetent ordering, maintenence, and advertising.
I like the special rewards offers on the app. Food is good, and customer service is not bad. I usually get my order in just a few minutes. Easy access when I am in this end of town. I like the handicapped parking right up front. The drive thru is a little difficult to access, but it's ok.

Food was cold and nuggets and fries were clearly from the last batch made that nightWould have rather have been told they were closed than to pay for that garbage. Thankfully I'm not in The Tri-Cities much, bit ill avoid this BK every time I'm there. Absolute Trash.
Constantly sending people to the front all to make the timer go faster even though the food is done by the time you come around front.
Always fresh, delicious, very clean store, fast service, super nice people!!! Try the impossible whopper, for those wanting something different or on a low cholesterol diet, tastes as close to meat as I've had!!! Fries always hot fresh and never over salted ???? ?
