Service way slow and food items didn’t come out at same time. Was below par for sure
We ordered a to go order. We tried ordering it online but it wasn’t working so I called it in. The lady was very rude, and she didn’t say anything about the online thing not working. She asked me what the name was and I restated that the I couldn’t make the order online and instead of saying sorry I meant a name for this order, she said “Ma’am a name” she had a very rude tone. I ordered, she rushed me the whole time and kept asking if I was done. I only ordered four items. Then we got there, the manager started ring us out, but he was very confused what was order because it was rung in wrong. The lady comes over and explain something’s to him and she took over. Then we got our food, we only got two sides for our three entrées. The chocolate cake we got was old and not good. Also, the two wraps we got had very little protein. Overall, was very disappointing.
We had terrible service. We sat for 10 minutes without a waitress coming over. Ordered 4 drinks and that took 10 more minutes.. for Beer! And we all asked for glasses of water which we never got. They were not busy. The food was good but service bad!
5 stars for: Wings were made to perfection, onion rings and hatch cheese dip amazing. One star for carrots and celery sticks the were dried out and ends shriveled....sent back to kitchen. I usually enjoy these but get mad when I am charged for something that is not appetizing or edible. I know it is a small thing but they need better quality control on something they charge for. Again, the extra crispy wings were amazing.
The wings were alright, but nothing to brag about. My wife and I spent over 60 dollars for different flavors of wings, and they were over fried a bit.some of the wings were over cooked more than others.im not are if ill ever go back again.that was the 2nd time in 2 months that this has happened to me and my family. I would ask them to redo my order again, but im more then certain that it won't happen...I don't even want a refund, just a redo of my order
My main issue with this location is the service. The wait times just to get a table are super long, like 20-30 minutes. That wouldn’t be a big deal if they didn’t have more than half of the tables empty. Every time I’ve gone for the last year or so they have tons of tables open but make you wait extended times for a seat. The attitude they give is that they don’t want to serve anyone but the bar and don’t really seem to care about seating people quickly. I watched 4 groups leave while waiting to be seated today. If they could fix this issue I would be more inclined to visit more frequently and they would be making more money for sure.
The staff is great. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and it was good. Not the best but it served its purpose. I also ordered a side dish of mac n cheese which they forgot and when they brought it out it was only half full compared to what the other people in the groups was. That was lame. The only saving grace was the fact that for some reason they took off 5 bucks on my ticket. ?♂️ otherwise I would have went down a star. All in all, not bad but not great either.
A few weeks back, my two sons and I entered BWW. Most establishments don't require masks, and if they do, they have some available. As soon as we walked in, we were approached abruptly by an employee telling us to wear a mask or no entry..I asked if they provided any, and he stated no, and that it's our own responsibility..We use to love going to this place especially during football season. Never again after the kind of treatment we received...
The general manager apparently doesn't want teachers to support his own restaurant. This is tacky. Plus the food is horrible. Good luck mike.
This is a tough time we’re all living through, I get that. I wore a mask to sit down the bar. No big deal. But these 2 guys came in and sit down at the bar, evidently having walked there without wearing a mask to the bar. They broke the rules. Now, all the man had to say to them was, “Excuse me gentlemen, we noticed you didn’t wear a mask to the bar, if you’d wear one in next time we’d really appreciate that.” But no. He wouldn’t leave them alone. I sat there as the guy basically accosted them, engaging them more and more and more, getting more and more argumentative with them and just wouldn’t let it go when it was clear the guys just wanted to sit down and enjoy a meal. Like, why? Tell them the rules and move on with your life, man. Why get so confrontational with customers? What happened to professionalism? I get the feeling this is coming from management more than this one guy though. It was gross. If I wasn’t really hungry for wings I would have walked out based on how these guys were treated. They were wrong, I get it. But that doesn’t mean you should treat them like animals.
