Staff is super rude. I’ve had my order messed up many times and very rarely say anything cause I work in customer service so I get it. But they didn’t even give me half my order and started an argument with me when I asked for it so I just left, then I went to eat the one thing I got and it looks like this. I just don’t get how it could be so bad. ?
Not consistent. 1st time was so good and our 2nd time was ok. We will give it another try. Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere
This has been my first time in this Bruchi’s location. I got a Hamburger and half a pound fries. Both were super delicious. I definitely recommend you to give here a try! As for me, I am going to definitely come back. I am very much looking forward it!
This is the worst Bruchis in town don't go to this one. Onions are separate from the meat not chopped up barely sautéed. Cheese was on one quarter of the cheesesteak. Asked for Bacon and then just left 2 whole slices of bacon on top of the sandwich meat should have been chopped up and mixed with the meat... like they do at every other Bruchis. Every time I come to this location there is something wrong with every sandwich my family and I order. Probably gonna write an e-mail to their corporate about the lack of standards at this location.
I went here on my lunch break to try something new, so I tried the Malibu sandwich and I really liked it alot. The Swiss cheese went perfect with the grilled chicken. I also really liked how they played old, classical rock music on the speakers. (PS. A 8inch sub is just 4 inches smaller than a 12 incher, it costs 3$ extra though...not worth it
The food was so good, the service was decent but there was bees inside and my cousin got stung. Hopefully next time there’s no bees or whatever those bugs where . Over all the food was good that was my only complaint.

The food is good, but it's so weird how workers expect a tip in drive through and attitude changes quickly when they get no tip.Note: I used to tip, but when I missed an item and went back the next day, not only they didn't apologize (or replaced it or even offered a refund), they said you should have checked your bag.
Great sandwich and love their fries. Sauce included. Service always stable.
