Don't go to the one on Hildebrand Blvd. We go to Black Rock because we were used to Roasters, all the Black Rock service persons are friendly, we go twice a day, however the girls at the place on Hildebrand are snotty we purchase a drink and ask them to toss the last cup we had, they refuse, we set the paper cup on the drive up ledge and the " barista" threw it back in our car. Yelling, we do not take trash, there was some coffee left in the cup and it went in the driver's face. This is what happens when you let immature kids run your business. This is unacceptable. We are in our 80's who does this but someone that shouldn't be in that place.

Got my free birthday drink yesterday! The baristas are always nice, and make all my drinks perfect! The Black Rock Coffee is a little more expensive than their Roasters was. Be aware that their medium is now a 24 oz size, I have to remember to ask for a 16 oz. The baristas are accommodating.in making your old favorite coffees (at least very similar). The baristas are not as upbeat as other coffee shops (theirs and others), but they are improving. Convenient location off the highway, get in and out quickly! Be diligent about your surroundings as the shop is in the parking lot next to a medium rated hotel, and sometimes some shady people are hanging around the parking lot. But I'm always careful these days with the increase of crime.

I had a great experience with their employee Tianna! She was extremely busy as being the only employee on at the time but was very personable and just an awesome person all around. I work next door to them but have only been there a few times. After my experience with her I will definitely keep going back! My only issue is that This establishment is quite busy from what I’ve seen and possibly having 2 people on for part of the evening shift would be beneficial.

Every single time I’ve gone my order has not been right.

Black rock has always been my favorite coffee place. They had one location in Seattle. I’m happy they have ones in Tri cities now :)

NOT a roasters anymore. Images and menu pictures show it is, but they switched and the coffee is horrible. Reviews from the previous roasters should not be applying to this business!

I paid over $7 for some of the worst chain coffee I have ever tasted. Miss the roasters menu...

So good, just wishing they had one in Eastern Oregon

The best tasting coffee and most considerate staff I have had the privilege of experienceing in some time

Mmmmm Mmmmm good!
