I love your coffee, I would even say it's better than Starbucks but went to this location today, just now, whoever was at the window seemed very courteous to the driver in front of me but when I got up to the window she didn't even acknowledge me and make nice conversation like I would generally get. She did not listen to what I was saying and both drinks were made with regular milk as I asked for one with soy as I have a dairy allergy. She was conversing with her other employees and did not listen to what I was saying at all. Every other location I've been to have always been attentive.
I went inside to order, there was only one person working. I put in my order then went to use the restroom. Came out and he was serving the window and making their drinks before mine, by the time he got back to mine he forgot what I ordered.... For somet
Terrible service. Sunday, May 8th, went thru the drive thru, the girl at the window, had no time for me. All she did was talk to her coworkers about cats, and litter boxes and never addressed me, PERIOD. Gave her a $5.00 bill to pay for my coffee, the total was $4. She actually asked ( the only time she addressed me) if I wanted my change???? Unbelievable.
Absolutely in love with the staff and how friendly they are they always have my drink ready just an Amazing atmosphere

Asked for a kids hot chocolate... It was way too hot for my kids to drink. Please train that a kids drink should probably be made to be at a safe temperature...The drinks are good and strong.

Very nice service. Couldn't use my gift card so the Barista didn't charge me. She gave me a Guest Relations business card and said they could update my balance. Both email and phone number are bogus. I think I may have to lose the $47 remaining on my two cards. Anyone have a suggestion?
Went thru the drive thru to get a coffee kick before a long day of driving.Got an iced mocha with extra shot and a coffee drink they call The Beast. It's a vanilla mocha with an extra double expresso.The young lady helping us was very nice and friendly. Drinks were made quick and both are quite tasty.
Both times I came here, first inside then drive through were slow. Spent a good 20 minutes waiting for my drinks.
