This was our first time visiting Vino Bella.We asked what the waitress recommended for a Cabernet Sauvignon. She said she was new but told us what was most frequently purchased.It was the worst tasting wine either I or my partner have ever had. We never send drinks/food back, but it was that undrinkable- plus it was a $20 glass of wine. (I’ll add that Cab Sauv is all we drink).We told the waitress it tasted off, and asked if it was potentially old- she said she didn’t know, but would take it back and asked if my partner wanted another of the same or something different. He requested a new kind of cab sauv.Then another waitress came out and said:“So, I opened up that bottle for your glass, so it’s not old. Cab Sauvs aren’t for everyone. Plus I poured your glass, so I know you drank half of it. Are you sure you want to purchase a second glass of something else in addition to that one? Or would you like your glass back?”We opted not to have the glass back or get another and just left as quickly as I could finish my cocktail- which was also pretty terrible.The moral of the story: whether the glass was bad or not, handling that situation better would have created a far better first impression and led to life-long customers and promoters for your business. Instead, it was a terrible experience, with bad customer service, and now we’ll never be back or have anything positive to say when friends or neighbors ask.
The ambiance is great, the wine selection was good, I just didn’t like the appetizer platter. It was a taster of a few things, the cheese was too big and needed crackers or bread. Pairing is off, in my opinion, everything else was fine. Very limited menu though
A nice elegant wine bar . Pretty bar maids are very fast and friendly.
Would have been a nice place to hang out. Lights, drinks and music were great. Until the owner started to hit on my wife in front of me. Would give a better rating if this didn't happen.
Went to Vino Bella last night for 'date night'....service was good, wine was tasty, food was delicious, crowd/vibe was cool with a good band playing.So why am I rating them with only one star?When we got the bill we noticed that we'd been up-charged for two additional glasses of wine....and trying to get this resolved turned into a weird and uncomfortable situation....The owner happened to be walking near our table so I got his attention and explained the discrepancy, he asked for us to wait a moment and came back with the bartender who was a bit aggressive with questioning the discrepancy (not sure why they didn't first talk to waitress since she was probably the one that added the two extra glasses of wine to the bill...)After a lot of back-and-forth between the bartender and owner with raised voices to hear above the band, they FINALLY took the extra charges off the bill...This situation really did not need to escalate into what it became, it could have easily and quickly been resolved with the owner and bartender (or waitress) apologizing and taking the extra charges off the bill....but this is not how things played out....I really don't understand why they had so much pushback towards us for a mistake that THEY made!! It doesn't make sense...I've heard of establishments "accidentally on purpose" adding non-existent costs to patrons bills to make extra profit (in the hopes that the customer does not look closely at bill and question the discrepancy)....I certainly hope that Vino Bella is not one of those types of places, but I honestly do not know....IF YOU HAPPEN TO GO TO VINO BELLA MAKE SURE TO LOOK CLOSELY AT YOUR BILL....
This place has everything I need from drinks to entertainment, but the best they have is their people. People who are serving and people who visit this venue, are amazing. It can be addictive once you visit this place. With live music Fridays and Saturdays, I cannot ask for more. Even though it is a small place, it is amazing to see how people squeeze in and dance to the music. I love this place, they will take care of you.
Band was AWESOME drinks were on time by a Adorable waitress and the owner was present in the crowd Very Nice Man and Loved the VibeThe Regular customers were so polite and I will make this my go to Saturday Night Stop

Every time I go to being a Bella's I have an amazing time they have different bands different styles of bands it's never the same style of band it's always changed up and I always have a great time.
