Went here on 6/19/22. Placed my order in person for a cheesy bread and a pizza at 6:27pm. Didn't receive my order until 8:15pm. When I got home my pizza was undercooked and still doughy. Wasn't offered a refund or compensation for the order I was quoted would take 25 minutes and it took an hour and 45 minutes. Worst service and food I've ever received here in the 7 years I've been going here.
Came on 6/19. Worst experience I've ever had at any sort of food establishment. Placed an order in person around 6:30 pm for one personal pizza with olives and basil and was quoted 20 minutes. At 7:43 pm I was told that my pizza must have been given away to someone else, and I could get a refund or a new pizza would be ready in 10 minutes, I elected to wait on the pizza. At 8:05 pm I was asked who I was and what I was waiting on. After repeating my order for the 3rd (4th, 5th?, lost track at this point) time I am told that the pizza was ready. I asked for compensation given that I had been waiting more than an hour and a half and my pizza had already been given away once, and the worker became aggressive and insisted that he didn't remember having any of these previous conversations with me and that I could either take the pizza or the refund but not both because and I quote "well that's my policy". Meanwhile, a worker from a nearby restaurant had come up around 7:30, ordered a pizza, and joked around with the Tuscan Stone worker while his pizza was made and cooked and then given to him for free, all before I received my order. This is all to get home and find that the order is under cooked and completely wrong. I am not sure what motive this guy was working with, but it's ensured that we'll never patronize Tuscan Stone again.
First time ordering from this establishment, and my wife and I were not disappointed at all! Excellent food and an excellent value! We will be going back! Thank you!
Excellent pizza at a fair price! Love to pop in here on lunch. Delicious selection of pizzas.
Customer Service at its best.They missed one item in my order so I called them NEXT day. Without any hesitation they asked me to come and pick the missing item in the order at my convenience. When I got there they doubled the quantity of the item just to make up for it. That’s how you win customers.Also the pizza and the bread is perfect for those who love thin crust.
Well. What can I say. I ordered a Margarita. It was around $20 which is well priced for a large these days. When I got the box I honestly thought it was empty. There was absolutely no mass to the pizza. It was a thin piece of dough with a thin layer of sauce with hardly any cheese. No moisture at all. I guess you could call it healthy. But hey, if I wanted healthy why even Pizza. It is a good deal at $13 to $15, if you are ready to come home and add some mozzarella and pop it briefly in the oven. Again.
Great pizza ready in 10 minutes! Wood fired oven and thin crust is an unbeatable combination! Made with great ingredients and comes with crust dipping sauce!

We just spent an hour!!! Waiting for the pizza. When we ordered the app said it’ll be 20 minutes and NOT an hour. Oh well and they have huge rats running around their truck but comparing to an hour wasted it’s not that big of a deal I guess. It was our last time ordering here??♀️
October 1 5:30 P. M. Ordered my large Pizza. Told them exactly how I wanted it. Ordered Smoked Pepperoni and Pepperoni on half, Goat cheese instead of mozzarella. We waited for 35 minutes. They put Pepperoni on the entire Pizza. I was not able to eat any of it. The kid taking orders just said, “sorry about that.” I was like, “that’s it? We waited for 35 minutes and that is all you have to say?” The kid making the Pizzas never interacted with any customers when they tried speaking to him. Now I see why the Lady in front of me checked both her Pizzas before leaving. We will not be back. Not happy!
