Ordered via phone and was told 15-20 minutes for food to be ready. Ended up waiting another 30 minutes after I showed up. Food was great, but I would have rather not waited that long and been given a more realistic time on when the food would have been ready for pickup. They seemed under staffed for a Saturday evening as their were quite a few people waiting for food as well.
Thai Ginger Klahanie has unfortunately had worsening issues with incomplete orders. Four orders in a row have been missing items, the last order missed 2 sides, 4 drinks, and none of the entrees were at the spice levels ordered. Not the place it used to be and do not recommend ordering as the staff is then less than easy to work with to fix order errors.
Hate to leave bad reviews but this place was incredibly horrible. My crispy chicken tasted like they scraped the bottom where it had been burnt. The peanut sauce that came with the Satay Chicken is like oily warmed peanut butter. The pad thai is okay kind of and the soup was alright but both were not as good as most places around here.
Ordered something for pick up through their online app. Went to the restaurant and the waiter kept repeating himself "we ran of of this thing you ordered" and "the driver just picked up". So really don't know what is going on. Also said he'll let the manager know and refund me, which never happened. Food wise I have tried it before. It is not bad but not amazing either.
I rarely leave bad reviews. But have to leave one this time, hoping it could be a wake-up call for them. This one is the WORST Thai restaurant ever. They made a mistake about the food I ordered, no apologies, which isn’t a big deal. Then they forgot about the rice and stuff. When I said your menu is a little confusing, they say, you don’t need to order with us next time. What? How rude?! Wow!! The food is also terrible. Whatever food this is, it is NOT Thai food. It’s not clean either. Looks gross. I might dump them in the end.

My favorite place to eat Thai food period. Love the Crab Fried Rice and the Halibut Cheeks in Penang Curry.
Well that was delicious! I love those wide noodles. Fresh ingredients, and liked the soup. I am a cilantro fan. Nice customer service. Thank you, I will be back!
