This review is for the Issaquah-Subway by Gilman Blvd. One of the best Subway expirence that I had in Sammamish/Issaquah area. The place was clean, vegetables were fresh, and great customer service. I will visit this place over the one at Sammamish. Sammamish-Subway please learn from these folks.

I had the worst subway experience ever in this restaurant. The employee seemed to struggle understanding my order and at some point, while I was clarifying what vegetables I was going to add he, The employees showed signs of impatience. Worst of all, I found a piece of hair in my turkey before the man toasted the sandwich and without an apology the employee threw the sandwich away. Overall, my experience was horrible as I did not receive any apology, the sandwich is wrapped without any care, and lastly, the store did not feel sanitary.

There's a lady here, she makes the sub with love. I haven't seen anyone making a sub in that way. she does it like a painting. spread tuna perfectly.. arranged onions in a pattern. spinach Uniformly. I really like this place.

No wonder this place was empty when I walked in.

It’s one thing to walk into an empty Subway with a kid not standing behind the counter. It’s another thing when he was preoccupied and bread was overcooking you could smell it in the air we all make mistakes and I’m sure it’s a boring job at times.It’s a whole different thing when you aren’t greeted at all and the person turns his back on you without saying anything as he moves bread out of the oven not saying anything and then proceeds to reload bread again without turning around to give any sense of customer service and expects you to wait for the privilege of his time to do his job.Not necessarily a bad review of the location itself but of this generation who is so self absorbed they don’t appreciate human interactions and how powerful a few kind words would have been in expecting patience and understanding while giving zero in return.As someone who has served, bartended and managed restaurants it’s a sad example of the way of the world and the person running this location on this day. I had no choice but to leave without having the chance to order or the mental capacity to want to do so

I come to this subway occasionally and it is always a bad experience, poorly trained employees with bad manners, unable to handle the flow of 2+ customers while maintaining quality sandwiches, if you are in the area I would suggest find a different location or eat at the McDonald's across the street

Ordered online, asked for a melt they didnt give it to me so wasted 3 bucks, other sandwich was mangled/ manhandled, and poorly made, and thete phone doesnt even work when u try to call. NEVER COME HERE. Terrible customer service and sandwiches. ----00000000 stars

Amazing service & amazing food

Terrible customer service. Made me pay up front and when I pulled my mask down to eat a chip the guy freaked out about it and ended up throwing away my sandwiches and refusing to give me a refund. I will not be returning to this store. If the guy throws tantrums like that he really should be fired.
