Certainly not what we remembered 10 years ago as far as quality of menu. Ordered the pretzels as an appetizer, salmon as an entree and a pizza.Waiter was very short and inattentive, food was mediocre at best. Salmon was over cooked, wax beans were flavorless. Pizza was eh. We all agreed, we would not return. Also the bathroom sink was very moldy.
The RAM is your typical American family restaurant. Food is average to good, not great, but there are lots of options with different burgers, sandwiches and salads. Cocktail menu is super fun with all kinds of fun choices and custom drink variations. Appetizers are yummy. The soft pretzel with cheese sauce is tasty and the Buffalo Cauliflower has a zippy kick. I love their Mile High Mud Pie for dessert. Wait staff is pleasant, but appear to be serving quite a few tables at once. The atmosphere is fun and loud with a sports bar feel. It would be a great family place where kids could be loud and messy without being disruptive. The RAM is a fun, casual dining option.
After the RAM in the University Village closed, I've wanted to give it another go. The food is good, but there weren't as many good options as I remember there being. Also there was no physical menu, which always makes the dining out experience just a tad worse. The food was good for the most part- I got the bacon mac and cheese burger but afterwards I just recommend getting the mac and cheese, the rest of the burger wasn't really worth it. Overall I'm happy to get to visit this establishment again, but it wasn't as good as I remember it being.
I ate here tonight and had the impossible burger. Tony was our server and he was awesome. He was managing the whole bar by himself. He remembered all of our orders. He was fast and super nice! He was one of the best servers I’ve had in a
Great atmosphere, very good beer selection, friendly staff, especially our server Irma ! Such a gem!!We Love Irma !!!!!!??????????????Armadillo eggs were AWESOME !!!!!Fired picles were ok !
Been here since they opened and always been satisfied with their services and environment is great if you like sports can't miss a play with those big TV screens
I tried the Green Thumb Pizza and it was delicious. The Porter BBQ bacon cheddar burger and the Stadium mushroom burger were hits with my son and husband. The only thing I didn’t do was take pictures of the food we had. Oh well, maybe next time. ?
Courtney was a super friendly, and attentive bar tender! I live just a few blocks up the hill and love dropping in for a game or dinner. no doubt that the staff here will make sure that you have a great time!
Unfortunately they are strictly following a vaccine mandate for patrons, which forces discrimination. I came to visit a friend for his birthday, enjoyed just one beverage and quickly exited. While the rule was being enforced, the staff were polite and I had no issues. I disagree with ANYONE asking about my private health info (or anyone's for that matter) and it's clear that the restaurant was suffering for it. For a Saturday night, they weren't very busy.
What a find! I was encouraged to go by a friend and join their mug club. The place has a great vibe compared to some of the smaller breweries that are usually in some industrial unit (because of archaic licensing) and often dark. This place is a wall of windows, and very inviting. I tried two beers, both were great and washed down the Armadillo eggs. If you need to ask, you should go try them.
