Great service! We had an issue with online ordering and had it resolved efficiently. Friendly staff on the phone and in person. Can't recall the name of the guy that helped us (Matt?) but all there were helpful. Quick service with staff moving from cleaning to service when more people walked into the door. Food is hot and fresh. Perfect for getting out the door. We will be back next weekend to fuel our family adventure.
Surprisingly enough this is my first time at potbelly sandwich considering the number of outlets we have around. I like the fact that there is a skinny option which was surprisingly filling and good for the calories. I liked the broccoli cheddar soup . The sandwiches are good, I took the wreck and my wife took the sandwich named Mediterranean which I preferred more. I should have added some greens in the wreck, my sandwich.
The apple walnut salad used to be my favorite. but I don't know if I will order it again. I got one with rotten grape, apple looks like onion smells like alcohol. Very disappointing.But the sandwiches are still good.

I ordered their Veggie Melt sandwich. I loved it, the Avocado tastes amazing. I also tried their broccoli soup. It was really filling and in the desert I got their chocolate cookie, which I really liked, after warming it. They were kind enough to warm it for me.
I have been coming to potbelly chains for a long time. The chain store in Issaquah Washington requires a vaccine card for sit down eating. What happened to my body my choice? You have lost a longtime customer I will never spend my money with this company again.

Food was as expected. The staff behind the counter were disorganized and forgot multiple items on our order. They were very nice though.
Chicken sandwich + regular size Italian white bread + hot peppers/gardenia = perfection
