Really irritating customer service. Guy rang me up for a pizza, I hand him a hundred dollar bill, he begins to give me change, then some other guy says "oh no we don't have enough change for that" after I literally watched the other man pull more than enough change out. "You can go get change and come back" no thanks on doing your job. How do you run a business without sufficient funds??

Went in to order a pizza. I could see a young man working in th back. I shouted hello several times; but he completely ignored me. Finally, I gave up and left.
Not the first time but the 3rd they did not do thick crust instead did stuffed and forgot the pineapple.
Sloppy pizza assembly, particularly when owner isn't there. Employees don't use the measuring cups for ingredients and wing it when he's gone. Refused to replace toppings on a pizza because I had a coupon. Since when? Wouldn't family size a pizza because I had a coupon. Add to that a bad smelling restaurant and a king county food safety rating of only “Good†and you have a really pathetic franchise. Avoid and try a different store!!!
