Ordered3 new Spicy Chicken Sandwiches. Supposed to come with 3 sides. Was given 2.Quality of sandwiches- zero care taken in prep.Taste - let down. Even McDonalds wins over these.
This was one of the worst Paneras I have been to. The food was very mediocre, the service left a ton to be desired, management saw a huge line and decided to hide in the back, and the tables were all pretty dirty. Would recommend a different Panera or the corner bakery instead.

CHECK YOUR ORDER! I gave 5 stars still because food is always good, quick and everyone is super nice. I did have to ask got two missed items though on pick up. They were ready and waiting but were not in the pick up bag so if I just left I would not have realized till I got home.
I ordered the “family feast” where you get to pick 4 different sandwich halves, a soup, a salad, and a baguette. They should honesty rename it to “family famine”. What I received was only 3 half’s of sandwiches so instead of 2 sandwiches I was left with 1.5. The salad was hardly a salad, you literally get a larger salad from mcdonald’s. Nothing about the salad was for a “family”. The bottom of the baguette and sandwiches were also burnt to a crisp but probably adds some bitterness to the flavor so it’s probably part of their food style. What was important was that even though an employee had said they “double checked” my order when I went to pick it up, it was still missing half a sandwich. The main entree of the “family feast” is literally the sandwich. To top it off we were left with a salad for a 10 year old, I could literally count the number of lettuce in the “family feast” salad bowl. No complaints about the soup but it’s soup.In addition most of the workers look/act like high schoolers which is no problem, until they start playing around like it’s recess time when I’m waiting for my food. I’m all about having fun in the work place but there were several other customers waiting for food aside from myself. It also doesn’t help their image when they’re arguing amongst themselves to see if a flatbread pizza is extra so someone can take it home as an extra treat. I would also mention that there is also a global pandemic going on but they’re touching their hair, masks, face and then going straight to handling customers food, only a bit concerning…
We have been eating at Panera for years and I don’t know whY they can not get a carry out order correct. Cheese sandwich had bacon which was not in the order, no chips, breads were different, different condiments. This may be our last visit, am done!
My son and I got some gift cards for the holiday. Hadn't been to Panera Bread for time. The Family Feast Value Meal had four half sandwiches, soup, salad, baguette and some pickles on the side. Order was filled and packed up in quick time from the staff.
Delicious bagels, good drinks, but it's annoying when they refuse to serve you breakfast sandwiches at 10:31 because they stop serving them at 10:30. It's still the morning, people. I know you gotta stop at some time, but, c'mon. Also didn't appreciate them forcing the stupid masks on people when the manager was walking around with his under his chin. Time to give up on the masks, people. We all are sick of them and we all know they don't work.
The delectable taste of the goddess Cobb Salad coupled with the broccoli Mac and cheese ravished my taste buds. The subtle holiday music created an ambiance of childhood joy that made the meal even more enjoyable. The crunchy apples are a must at Panera and, despite my family’s opinions, are far superior to the option of a side of bread or chips. Thank you Panera, truly, for all the memories you’ve birthed.
Very good service, quick and nice people. I partook of the grilled Mac and Cheese, and it did not disappoint cheese-wise. So much cheese. But it was pretty good. Here are some pictures.
