I’m trying to stay as kind and positive as possible. The food was good, and the workers are nice. I ordered ahead because I know how busy this location is. I ordered an hour in advance and still had to wait 15 minutes to get my food, and the other online order person in front of me had such a bad experience that they had to write her name down. Again the people and food was good, I would just recommend management either don’t allow online orders, or takes them more seriously.
Every time we come to this establishment we are always waiting in line for 5-10 minutes. The food was undercooked and threw out the whole meal. On top of that we thought we might get salmonella from the chicken.The customer service here is terrible. There’s an old lady who’s always got an attitude and today a light skin frizzy haired girl gave us so much attitude. Like what’s the need? They skimp on the servings and can’t be nice about it either. Screw this place I’ll take my business else where.Grimley unapologetically disgusted.
They would not give me the partial order that was ready. We had multiple hungry kids waiting for food at the booth.
Probably the worst Panda Express EVER!The worst possible management is running this store.First, there is only one person working in the front.Two, other works are lost in the sauce!Three, For fact, black shirts are the managers/supervisor. The one in this store got blank name tag on her shirt.Other than one young guy up in the front, all working the paste of sloth . People are lined up, people leave while waiting because it takes too long. People will wait then leave because they see that not a single worker is working to service but to just get time on their timecard.We waited 5-10 minutes, when we got to the front…. they were missing half of the dishes because they were not cooked! Only thing they had was fried rice and orange chicken. One guy took forever to cook Chow mein…. This guys was being a scientist with this.For facts the worst Panda Express I ever been from East to West to Hawaii.Never going again to this location.
The food is okay, but the portions are getting smaller than it use to be. I ordered a bowl today with veggies and kung pao chicken, and my bowl of vegetables was half full and she tried to spread the little scoop of kung pao into it. This is probably my last time going there.
Visited at 130 on a saturday. Store was not busy, but they were out of almost everything and some time away from refreshing each item. Staff prompted me to make decisions about what I was going to order regardless. Frustrating to not have the options I have had EVERY SINGLE TIME I have been to a panda express.
Food was okay for what it is. What I didn't like was there were no clean tables. None had been wiped down let alone disinfected.I would go back and try again.
I am delivering for door dash and the boys behind the counter were too busy chatting to help customers.
The new Beyond The Original Orange Chicken and, finally, vegetarian sides of Brown Rice & Super Greens is the tasty clean eating that our family will be making weekly staple.Very busy but their very quick also, too, as well.
I Love The Orange chicken and Kung Pao. Overall Enjoy The Food For sure. With that said the kids meal And The Amount of food is so Small it just isnt enough I feel Like I watch the workers do this On Purpose but What do I say so I give them My food if they still Want more Maybe not Every single time But 75% I started buying Bowl for my kids instead of kids meal.?
