Great food and nice service but gosh it takes ages. Never order online to save time. They deprioritize online orders. We stood outside with our infant waiting for nearly an hour while everyone in line inside got their food quickly. Managment should really adjust how they prioritize orders to balance online.
Location is a little tough to get too bit that has more to do with my lack of experience with one way streets than with pizza! Staff is friendly and the pizza is hot!
Thin as paper ? tastes good but not much to write home about.. a really good example of inflation this tiny little pizza cost me more than I would have ever imagined to pay 5 years ago or even two years ago.. inflation sucks, the middle class has officially gone extinct!!!
Ordered pizza for our family to celebrate my daughters birthday. Was told it’d be 30 min and it turned into 60. Half of the pizzas were burnt all over the edges and they didn’t get the toppings right either. It was so disappointing. We have always loved MOD but the last few times we’ve gone we’ve had similar bad experiences.
Such a fun atmosphere! We were welcomed and greeted as soon as we stepped into the place. I had never been to a mod pizza before so they walked me through what I can expect. It's basically a make your own pizza. You can choose the size and type of pizza you want, and add on any number of toppings for free! I got a mega crust margherita pizza and added 3 types of peppers on it. My boyfriend ordered a heavier meat pizza with some peppers as well. Both came out fresh and delicious. Highly recommend!! Oh, and they had the best lemonade too. The marion berry lemonade is a must try!
Picked up a pizza from the Issaquah Highlands MOD today and what a HORRIBLY made pizza. It maybe had 3 pieces of each ordered topping and almost no cheese at all. I'm wondering if the person who made it just doesn't eat pizza. Anyway I am a fan of MOD Pizza but NOT THIS LOCATION! Terrible experience.
Someone stole the pizza I ordered for take out and the staff was amazing to quickly redo it and they refunded the order completely while being apologetic for no mistake of their own. Whole staff, great customer service and you earned a repeat customer.
Had the meat pizza called Mad Dog and added mushrooms and black olives. Mega size which is the larger one but thicker.
Great food, fast and cheap. Very friendly staff and easy to access.
worst pizza i’ve ever had there. super doughy, greasy, and cheesy. got a stomach ache within 20 minutes of eating it. stomach ache has lasted hours.
