First time coming here we had come here we noticed they all had headphones in their ears and were on their phones. We had gotten our meals and went home and didn’t get any sauce for the nuggets. So of course we are going to ask for extra sauce to make sure we at least get sauce for our nuggets. Went about two weeks ago and same thing. No sauce in the bag so we ask and the young boy working said we would have to charge. We didn’t say anything to him we just drove off. Today I am very unsatisfied with the whole demeanor of these kids. The boy in the back booth was on the phone to someone and was not paying attention. We get up to the window to receive our food and the young boy with a mullet he might be a manager; I mention earlier THREW OUR FOOD INTO OUR BAG. Like tossed it carelessly, he clearly recognized us and proceeded to talk smack about us to his coworkers. They were rude and incompetent. Will not be going to this establishment again.
Doing the best that they can with no employees. The ones that do show up and are responsible do a great job but are overwhelmed by rude customers that just don't understand the company can't get employees. Food is good the hours are a little messed up due to the lack of employees
It's McDonald's. It's a place you can go to late at night and still be offered the service you expect. I prefer the Chicken Burgers over typical Cheese Burgers, and the McFlurry while not healthy is a inbetween of milkshake and ice cream that's fun every so often. If you're just hanging out with friends and want something quick to eat it's a fine choice, though if you're a good enough cook and have the time it's probably better to cook something yourself.Regardless it's a McDonald's, if you're even looking at this you're just wondering if it's any different from the other locations. It's about what you'd expect. Eat away!

This store often close when app and Google map shows that it's open. I placed an order today and froce through to pickup. The drive through system told me that it's closed. It's only 7 PM now!
This McDonald's is always slow. Fries are some how always cold and unappealing. And everyone always seems to have lost the ability to provide customer service, positive attitudes, smiles, etc. I avoid this place because of how poor the quality and service is.
The Manager was rude and cruel. I'm an old Woman, and I needed the restroom. He said it was for customers only. He didn't even ask if we were going to order!We had been lost, driving around for hours, trying to find the way home to Issaquah. I needed the restroom really badly. It was very ,very urgent, and he said No. He has lost his heart during this Covid-19 outbreak, and he has NO judgement, NO compassion. My opinion, he should NOT be in Customer Service. Put him in a back room somewhere. Or make him take a course in Human Relations .
