I ordered fish tacos, but they were cabbage tacos. No salt was added to the rice, which also was very poor quality (short grain, very cheap quality). The beans were dropped from the can to the plate. Everything was delivered 1 minute after ordering and cold! They didn’t even have the dignity to reheat the food. I’ve never had such terrible food before, it shouldn’t be called Mexican food.The table was dirty and no one had the initiative to clean it up before they sat us down. The beer had an inch of foam.What a terrible place. It shouldn’t be called Masa, it should be called Mess !!!Anyway, if you have low standards, eat microwave meals that are cold in the middle and have never been to decent restaurants..you will be okey here.If you do know what a hot decent meal is, please look for a better place to eat. Don’t say I didn’t warn you
Visited around 6:30 on a Saturday night in January 2022. Nice atmosphere, place was very busy, and lots of delivery orders were being picked up. Waited for quite a while at the front desk to be helped, along with a handful of other patrons in line - probably 10-15 minutes or more. No one ever spoke with us, so we left. I realize staffing is short these days, and it way.s peak dinner hours, but a simple acknowledgement of "We'll be right with you" would have gone a long way - especially since they were still answering the phone for orders, which was just a few feet away, separated by a partition.The menu still looked interesting, and perhaps this was just an off day. I still plan on trying again in the future.
The staff was very friendly and the chips and salsa were excellent. But definitely not traditional Mexican food. I was not impressed with my selection and probably will not go back.
Office lunch, my order was steak burrito, steak burrito was full of meat, steak was tender and not dry, good flavor even without salad, I like the green salsa. Beans and rice were also good, chips and salad was good side, I do like the salad that come with chips more. The flour tortilla that was good even eating alone.
Employees we're really nice, but the food wasn't great. Just tasted like a lot of salt on everything. The pieces of chicken I got were dark and very fatty. I won't be going back.
Absolutely delicious. We had a team lunch today, on this International Day of the Nacho, and the nachos were great -- steak, chicken and pork, all fantastic. We also enjoyed quesadillas and guacamole. Everyone loved it. Thank you Team Masa for a wonderful lunch enjoyed by all here at Team Eastside Bavarian.
I have only been here two times as I moved to the area right before the government stole the freedom of Americans to move about freely... that being said, this visit - IN PERSON - was excellent!
A few years ago I used to come in here all the time to get Salsa and Chips because their Salsa is so good! I worked in the village and it was so awesome to be just a short walk from this place. Fast forward to now, I work for a law firm in the area and we come here almost every Friday. The staff know who we are and always make us feel special which we love. The food is always on point and so are the drinks. We truly love coming in and spending time at this great place.
I love this place. I come here weekly! Freshly made salsa that reminds me of Mexico. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Vibes are great. Food options for everyone. The bartender is super cool. The wait staff are all really attractive and charismatic. I will keep coming here as long as I live in Issaquah.
Experience wasn’t great from the start.Host and server looked very unprofessional and underdressed. The table was not clean, with bugs crawling all over. Menus were filthy as well.The interior setting was not typical of the many authentic Mexican restaurants we’ve frequented. It looked like a pop up restaurant that went up in a laundromat; with one sombrero for good measure.Both our meals were mediocre at best. There seemed to be zero seasoning on my food. The tortillas were cold and wrapped as they typically are. The rice and beans tasted like they came out of a can.For this low level quality the prices are astronomical. The literal only saving grace were the chips and salsa. Do yourself a favor and don’t listen to what are probably paid reviews to bring up the rating but heed this warning and go elsewhere…please.
