There are for sure better Jimmy Johns out there. Sadly the staff here is pretty slow and unfriendly. The food is somewhat sbu-par for the brand. The tomato here were missing from my order twice in a row. Had to wait also over 10 min like others review in here for the missing tomato also. My fault for not noticing it when I was there before driving home but still .... and when you try to call this place they never pick up the phone either.
i feel so fin stupid waiting in line for 10 minutes to grab a sandwich i ordered from mobile app 20min ago. i then have to sign a silly receipt. they just changed the pick up procedure, no longer allowed to ask the gentlemen who make your sandwich for your order, they can’t be bothered. i have to wait for cashier. what a brilliant tactic to push customers away. time to switch to subway
They always have my order ready on the app. Food is good.
Great crew here especially for the covid crazy season. The people that helped me out were quick and efficient with a good sense of humor.
So after an unhappy experience trying to dine at The Habit, (we were refused service because we didn't have 'our papers' )?My 6 year old grandson wanted lemonade . So I thought Jimmy John's would have some. We were not disappointed. . James had a ready smile and generous heart We tried to input our card info and he let us have the lemonade on the house. It wasn't just the free lemonade. It was a very happy experience and kind customer service after after being made to feel unworthy. Thank you James. We will be back .

Mysteriously not open on Sundays. Definitely having issues staffing this location as evidenced by closing earlier than posted hours.
First off, I am a big fan of the JJ franchise and I get food from them regularly. Specifically this store is the closest to my house and I buy food from here fairly often.My 2 star review is because nobody in the staff at this location wears a mask anymore (August 2021). They have dropped if off over the summer which I personally did not mind because cases were dropping and the vaccines seemed to work. However in the light of the delta surge in WA and the new research showing that even vaccinated people can spread it, I no longer feel comfortable eating food prepared by people without a mask.This is an evolving situation to which we all need to adapt. Therefore I will not be eating from here until I see staff masking up, especially since there are alternatives. (most other food provider staff is masked in the area). I am respectfully asking the management to reconsider their mask rules. When this is addressed, I will also alter my review to increase the stars.
An employee named Krish made me a fantastic sandwich, it was so delicious, his customer service was great and I would highly recommend this store! I will be returning very soon!
We paid $8.99 for small sandwich. It was way bigger than this last time! It is not a right way to fool people with shrinking the size and increasing the price!!!
