Outstanding food, outstanding service, outstanding company of friends, outstanding celebration of our 54th wedding anniversary, a little bit of noisy fellow diners. What more could we ask for?

We love coming to JaK's and have been coming here for years with usually a positive experience, but this visit left a bit to be desired. We made a birthday reservation for 6 adults almost a month in advance, yet we were seated in a tight booth that really should never be used for more than 4 adults. Trying to enjoy a meal crammed in shoulder-to-shoulder was not fun. They should never have taken our reservation of 6 if they could not put us at a table with chairs as their booth's are much to small for more than 4 adults. And while most everyone else had a good meal, the person who ordered the most expensive entrée (Cold Smoked Ribeye) complained of how tough and chewy it was. Hoping for a better experience next time.

Had this planned for some time. It's my sons birthday, place of choice. They did not disappoint us. Thanks! Food was awesome, service was great. Prices... Like anything nowadays, are way higher then the last time we went here. Kind of surprised me as to how much it was. But hey, only has a birthday, once a year. The steak we had was amazing. I had the Bone In ribeye, with a Cowboy Seasoning, really great preparation. They only downside, is that the roasted Jalepeno that came with it, was HOT! My son had the cold smoked, boneless ribeye, which he did not share a bite with me, so I can't personally say how good it was... But he and my wife said it was awesome! No leftovers on that one, to sample later! Beer selection was great. The wine selection looked great, we will try it next trip in for Happy Hour, etc, as the prices of the full bottles seemed to be very good, compared to other places. Thanks to Lizza for the great service! Keep doing an AWESOME job.
