The best drive-thru food in Issaquah. Seriously. I normally do not give 5-star ratings to "fast food" but I had to make a distinction here, because the quality of the drive thru food has been excellent. Food feels like it is always prepared fresh, and in particular I have been shocked at the high quality of the tomato slices on the sandwiches (it is a small thing, but tomatoes are usually a place where fast food cuts corners, but NOT here!)Highly recommended for drive through!
This typical jacks restaurant claims to offer delivery. I just we through the drive-thru. For this reason I cannot evaluate the inside.The included a pre-menu and a speaker menu. This conveniently helps to better select the menu and save some time in the drive-through. Typical fashion or took my payment and handed me my drink the same time. The payment security I was done handed my food. This included my loaded fries side by side with the burger I ordered covered by napkins, presuming to insulate the food.As for the food itself, freshness and fruits, vegetables plus the textures and taste and flavors of the meat or spot on and can challenge any high end restaurants burger. As for the loaded fries, they tasted great but had some uneven distribution of the gooey stuffOverall the perfect score here.
For how busy they are the food comes out quickly and always tastes fresh. The staff are friendly as well.

I only give it a three because the DesMoines Wa store they have rude customer service the girl had an attitude from the moment she took my order. Then cal lm ed me broke because i was using my change.I told her she needs to learn customer service. She called me a broke b....
Fries aren't always the freshest, but overall good service, food, and they almost always get the order right.
Love Jack and their app since they feature the best deals. This location is very quick and clean. I appreciate the friendly staff and their ability to provide great service. The food is always consistently great. It's fast food, so you get what you ordered.
