One of my favorite pho places on the Eastside, and luckily it's right next to my gym! Broth and noodles are great, and the staff is super friendly and quick. My standard order: small chicken pho, no cilantro, with extra steamed vegetables.
Lady is really nice but 2 stars is because of the food. Gyoza's weren't cooked all the way and the inside seemed watery. Pho wasn't good or fresh. Broth was a little sour nor was it flavorful. Meats in the pho were ok.
Decent food with affordable rate... ?
Friendly server. I ordered the pork chop rice. It was not Vietnamese but rather thin pieces of teriyaki pork.
Been eating here several years, yes it's now a different owner, but they kept everything the same, so food still taste authentic. They're super friendly and we're satisfy every time we come here. ?
Didn't enjoy it here. Broth is lacking depth.
Broth was A+ and service was awesome!
Got my order completely in correct. Then when we called them they blamed us for saying the wrong thing. This is very inefficient. Korean owned Vietnamese place with very rude customer service. Cannot admit that they are wrong. This is the problem with most Korean owned places that I noticed. They ask you what you ordered and go by that. Instead of asking for names and giving order based on names. If someone has the exact same order except for one allergy specification like if I said no peanuts, this entire process would fall apart. Was not looking for refunds, but wanted them to know that their process was not working and both owners were yelling and screaming on the phone.Never come here if you want real authentic Vietnamese food. The food was mediocre but we order it because it is to closest to our place. I would rather drive further now. Thank you for opening our eyes to your terrible customer service and very flawed process.
Very disappointed with the food. Ordered it and it did not taste like Vietnamese food at all. I guess growing up with a lot of Vietnamese relatives you can really taste the difference. I think I heard someone say this place is Korean owned, which makes sense why the food didn’t taste authentic. I noticed the owners have a ton of ego and really bad with customer service. Even gave tip on a to go order which frankly, I don’t feel it was earned or deserved.I’m nervous about the Covid and sanitary measures that they are taking here. I walked through an isle of random boxes and the place just looked really messy. If you want fresh authentic Vietnamese food, try Umi Cafe and I Love Pho.
Know my order when I come in. Best Pho around! Highly recommend
