Our waitress Ashely was the most professional waitress we've had in a long time. She was the perfect amount of attentiveness without being bothersome. She had multiple tables and yet you felt like she was your private server. On top of that my husband couldn't stop talking about how good his omelette was. It came with 2 pancakes that I got to eat, which were very good, light and fluffy, because the omelette filled him up. That in itself is quite unusual. ?

I love IHOP but this place is terrible. Food is below average compared to other locations. Customer service is a negative 10.The owner is cheap (make some observations and you can easily come to this conclusion). Outdated facility, poorly maintained and under staffed.I like the one manager who keeps the morale up other wise this place should be closed for good or let someone else run this place(at which point I’ll give it another try, I love ihop!!!!). It is an insult that such restaurant can stay in business here in Issaquah.

We came in around 8:30 am as a family to have a breakfast before we had back on the road since we were visiting the beautiful Washington state. Waited around 10 - 15 mins to be seated. Then we were sat and we ordered coffee for drinks. The mugs were dirty that we had to have them changed out. Coffee was so light in colour that one tiny cup of their half & half made our coffee look extremely milky. After a while we made our order, our server was very nice, friendly and listened attentively for our order, wrote down everything we said (or so it looked like). We got two chicken fajita omelettes (each came with 3 or 4 pancakes), one fresh blueberry french toast, one ricotta crepes, one chicken and veggie salad and one buttermilk chicken with mac & cheese. Asked for avocados for the omelettes but was told they didn’t have any so then for the chicken and veggies salad I asked for no mushrooms and to have crispy chicken because I can choose between crispy or grilled chicken, I didn’t expect the avocados to be there since we were told they didn’t have any. Waited over 30 mins for food to arrive. And waited almost an entire hour for the salad, while everyone in my family got their food and finished it I was still waiting for a salad… and even when it did arrive I got (raw?) mushrooms, avocados and not crispy, raw looking chickens. We asked why mine had avocados when my family was told they didn’t have any and the server said “because they’re not cooked yet.” Overall experience wasn’t what any of us expected or wanted and I’m glad we’re not local to be going there again anyway. Hopefully they’ll see all the bad reviews and work on their problems.

A server ran solo the whole time during our visit. Slow pace but nothing to complain about since we knew that she worked hard and tried to catch up. Have not been to this restaurant for a while due to pandemic. Food was about the same taste, other than a little too burnt. Breakfast plates were still popular.

Negative experience. Posted closing time 8:00 pm. Waked in at 7:30. Told immediately that I was too late. I would have been happy to do a take out. No opportunity to be cooperative. Won't be back. When needs this.

Do not go here, my mom had late breakfast here and she got sick. She had a breakfast burrito, and 3hrs later she’s having stomach pain and chills. Food was probably not handled properly or contaminated. Really disappointed as this is our closest IHOP.

Called to make an order because the website wasn't working. Worker informed me that they don't do phone orders. I will just eat somewhere they aren't to lazy to take an order over the phone.

Their service is great, but they really need to focus on keeping this place clean. The floor felt all sticky and the tables were dirty. The first table I was seated at had syrup over it and smelt like garbage. I had to go around looking for a clean table.

This is an order for strawberry and banana French toast and strawberry and cream crepesNEVER AGAIN. THIS PLACE IS RUN BY CLOWNS AND YOU ARE TREATED TERRIBLYalso. This is the 3rd time I've got an order like this

My husband and I landed here because other places were too busy on Veterans Day and we were hungry. I saw the reviews but decided to try anyway. It was also a non school day so this place was also crowded. There was a young lady who appeared to be handling everything - seating, waiting tables, handling front register. She was hustling and doing it all with a great attitude. Finally another gentleman came out and started working. Both young people. The food was fine - just basic scrambled eggs and toast. We are veterans so she told us about the free pancakes and brought us those. She was just so pleasant (I think her name was Magaly) that I would come again just to continue to support their business. It’s very hard to be in the service industry these days (any day actually) and kudos to these young people who are handling whole floors/shifts by themselves. The customers were being kind and patient which made me glad. We will see more of these staffing struggles as holidays approach so please be mindful of that. Everyone is fighting their own personal battles and just doing the best they can. Don’t forget to tip well too! Many of these waiters are doing the work of 3 people.
