We have been loyal to Frankies for years. Ordered a couple pizzas and sodas tonight & they never arrived. After waiting 1 hour and 15 mins we called and were assured they were just running behind and 10 minutes out. We still never received them. Now they are Closed, no pizzas, no follow up and we have to chase down a credit tomorrow. Be sure to call before closing and request a refund if pizzas don’t show up on time to save some annoyance.
Pizza is good and we like it a lot. However service is not good, at least for the same guy who looked like the supervisor there and he doesn’t present a welcoming attitude and has been pretty harsh when taking to me multiple times. This place should easily gets a 4 star but I took one off due to his poor service. The rest of the crew are all friendly and helpful though.

I’m visiting from out of town and was delighted by their special pie. Everything from the top down was perfect. Delivery was prompt and professional.
Great pizza better than dominoes... Make sure to ask for it to be crisp on the crust

Great pizza but, each of the times I've used a debit card here, it results in fraudulent charges afterwards. It's too much to be a coincidence. It's pretty clear their process gives their employees the opportunity to get a copy of CC numbers.

Great pizza. Recommend it over any of the other chains in the area, their option to do half regular and half gourmet pizza is great. The lemon pepper chicken pizza was top notch.
I used to live in Issaquah and work next door at Wells - and boy now that I'm back on the east side in Sammamish - I will be frequenting Frankie's again because I am simply in love with their lemon pepper chicken pizza. There's plenty of options to eat and lots of pizza choices but Frankie's always delivers for consistently great pizza and unique toppings and flavors that still work so well. Their chicken wings are also very plump and juicy.Easily one of my favorite pizza joints. There's no where to dine inside as they only focus on delivery and take out but it's worth a stop for sure as it's among the best pizza i've ever had!
