- was given barely any meat… not sure why steak entree got a quarter of a spoon….- was trying to enter restroom, code machine wasn’t working, staff wasn’t helpful. They seems to ignore my call to get their attention and kept chatting in the back. This is no chick fil a in terms of service.

They are out of sofritas, but they don't cross it off the menu. Got all the way through a two burritos and wasted that food because I'm a vegetarian and it's the only option.Because it wasn't crossed out and I haven't been there in months, I assumed they got it back in stock. Looks like Chipotle's having serious supply chain issues.I also noticed that the rice was just plain rice and not cilantro lime.

this place is a joke. once again they've managed to mess up an order. do you not check orders before they go out through Doordarsh? food was extremely cold. chips were missing and guac all over the place unbelievable!!!

Portions are getting laughably small and yesterday they only accepted digital take out and no dine-in and off course for the same regular price. Walked out without buying. I like the food but Chipotle is skimming customers and waiting for competitors to drive it out of business.

Everytime i go here the portion gets smaller and smaller. Not sure if people are being told to shake their hand while scooping rice and meat etc so the scoop is just half way. The person there was digging into the last pieces of rice until i asked him that he needs to refill the rice rather than give me the few grains left at the bottom. Then i asked to put the hot sauce on the side and he ignored my request until i asked him 3 times. Not going there again.

Food was ready on time, hot, and correct! No complaints. My only concern was that I waited a solid 8 minutes for thr restroom and never saw anyone come out of the men's or women's. I wondered if they were closed because of covid but there was no signage? Hmm. A mystery that one! Ended up leaving and running to another store for a quick restroom break!

To put it bluntly, this place on the day I came in was more like a pirate ship without a captain.....no one seemed to run the main line, they were out of ingredients and kept having to go in the back for refills and I felt bad for the gal a couple people ahead as her food sat on the counter open for about five minutes, so by the times she was rung up she had cold food. I was one of seven people ahead of me and what typically takes a few minutes to get through took 15 minutes due to an apparent lack of management and or ownership of what the situation was. The guy at the register was a little too bro for me, lacked candor and professionalism, don't call me dude if you don't know me. Typically my experience has been good at this location, but something was awry this time, the place was a mess and unclean, out of most cutlery and this was at 2pm, I just used a spoon when I needed a fork as the guy at the register was not helpful or seemed concerned..and the place was not crowded at all. I hope this place can get it's act together as it's in a great spot, but I'll go to another location from here on out and hope there is a stronger leadership presence running the show.

I ordered (for delivery thru the app) a double chicken burrito bowl, light white rice, pinto beans, corn, cheese and sour cream. A normal portion of chicken is 4 oz. Double is 8 ounces. The second photo is me moving all the chicken to one side. I had 11 pieces of chicken TOTAL! I called to try and get it fixed, no answer. It cost $17 for this. I hate the fact that I cannot trust double to even mean single portion or that I cannot reach anyone at the store. If you order here, DO NOT do it digitally. Go in to the store and watch them make it.

Food was good and employees were trying their best but they were too busy and seems they prioritize the online orders. They didn't have chips or guac not even Chipotle vinaigrette but you could clearly see when they were bringing those items for the online orders. I understand times have changed and that's the new norm, I guess next time I should order through one of those apps

I got a Burrito bowl to go. The quantity was very less. The guy have put like two tiny spoons of each. I told him that this is smallest portions that I ever gotten in a chipotle. I was so hungry drove all the way from highlands but when I came home to my surprise the chicken was uncooked and the rice was hard. I was extremely disappointed. This location used to be so much better in 2019 not sure what happened to the quality, quantity and service they provide. I won’t stop by here again. I looked at their newest reviews and find that the previous customers had the same experience. Avoid this location.
