I have been to this burger kind a few times now. not only does the man taking my order speak so fast that i don’t feel like i can say my whole order, but i just ordered from there a few moments ago and i ordered a bacon king with only mustard on it. all i said to not put on it was ketchup and mayo and they gave me a plain burger with two patty’s and just mustard. no bacon no cheese no nothing.i normally never write reviews because i know what it’s like working in customer service and the food industry so i try not complain but I don’t feel i received good service today. and now i just have to eat this because i’m on my work break so i can’t go back and get a refund or new burger without wasting my lunch.

This place is totally confused. In the past year, I bought food from here several times, and every single time they got different issue, like no credit car, stuff got angrey with me due to I didn't stop long enough when ordering, told me no beef burger when I am in drive through line, heard stuff arguing each other, give me wrong stuff, etc.really, every time they got some issue.

On Sunday April 24, we bought several items at the Burger King in Issaquah, WA. Their quality has been deteriorating recently. But this time they have hit ROCK BOTTOM. The bacon burger consisted of extra pieces of over cooked and tasteless bacon. Plus the burger patty was completely MISSING. We are very unlikely to ever go there again. A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

This is a fantastic BK. I go in the mornings once in a while and the guy working the drive through is absolutely awesome. Great attitude and very helpful.

Worst customer service in my life. I drove through the drive through and I was asked why I am taking so long. The manager kept calling me buddy after telling to not call me that. I reported them to corporate and hopefully there will be serious retraining. The food was cold too.

Haven't had fast food in a long time. Man was it good. The burger and fries were fresh and hot.

I had my face covered, made eye contact 5 times, they said nothing until I got up to counter. Make sure you have your ear loop mask! Anything else? Forget it. I don't usually complain, but my kid was hungry. Bull.

They’ve always had the 2 for 6 whopper deal so I was surprised when I ordered that they had charged me 13$. Once I asked the employee at the window when the deal stopped he said I had to ask about the deal when I ordered to get it, unlike ever other single time I had been there. I ended up getting charged twice as much due to this businesses shady practices. I have gone here many times previously but will not be coming back again. The whole situation left a terrible taste in my mouth.

As is everywhere they are understaffed consistently and have a bit of a quality control problem I do not blame it on the staff I blame it on the ability for them to find help and I'm not sure what the solution is for that except to offer more money and possibly benefits at some point and then we would pay higher prices but I'm willing to do that to have a consistently quality experience. In the meantime always use that app the Burger King app you can find incredible deals on there under offers.
