Decided to give this place a try, I got the chicken adoba burrito and an order of chips and salsa. The woman behind the counter didn't seem to know what she was doing. I could barely make it through 2 bites of the burrito and my wife could only handle a couple bites as well. That was a disgusting burrito. As well as burnt chicken.The chips and salsa were good. I will not be coming back!
It was the first time I’ve been to a Qdoba and was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a fast food restaurant. They ran out of half the meat selection and we’re extremely unprepared with some of the condiments. The manager had a terrible attitude and her attitude reflected on another one of the employees. Together they made me never want to go to that restaurant again.
Food was good but the restaurant was abhorrent. There was standing water under fountain drinks/area where utensils are. Napkins dispenser looked like it’s seen better days. We ate here shortly after opening and the floors were disgusting, the server had a filthy apron on. The trash in restrooms was full to the rim (let me reiterate, THEY JUST OPENED). The overall appearance of the restaurant was just so disgusting!!! I would never go there again.
How do you employ kids who aren't properly trained and all over the place? Asked what I wanted, and stated salad bowl...proceeds to get the tortilla bowl, and shouts to the lady that's cooking the chicken mighty fast, sticking the thermometer for literally a second and taking it off the grill....oooh I can go on and on. Why offer salad with no salad and salad dressings? Why have a worker sweep up all that dust, dirt, and such next to the food? Why not be in unison like other locations? Simply put...stay away from unfinished chicken unless you don't mind seating on the toilet emptying your insides out. Stay away from the lettuce unless you don't mind dried and dead greens. Do me a favour if you disagree and go to a different location say one in Puyallup...it be so good you're gonna wanna slap yo mamma as the youngins say! If not, you like bland unflavored food. Ijs.
Worst burrito I've ever had, burnt meat ruined the entire thing. Tried to pick at it, made me gag. On a bright note, staff was excellent! It was take out so didn't realize till I was 25min away, filed a complaint and corporate offered us two entree's if we are rewards members, what a joke. Avoid this place if you are hungry.
Been to this location 3 times and I think this was actually the last time. Something always happens on the restaurants end that makes the experience less than smooth or convenient and enjoyable. Maybe we just have bad luck, food is as good as other locations but it’s not worth the hassle.
TERRIBLE UNTRAINED STAFF!! The last two times we have been there they were out of multiple items. Rice, chicken, chips, etc. This was at 12pm. Open for 1 hour. Our most recent experience they were nearly encouraging us to leave because they didn't have rice. They didn't properly put the lids on anything and my quesadilla took over 20 mins to "heat up". The First 15 minutes was because they never turned on the quesadilla machine. Four people walked out while I sat and waiting for the quesadilla I already paid for. I am pretty sure if the health department came out the amount of violations would shut that place down. The chances of getting food poison are probably pretty high. ? Over all awful experience. The food was disgusting and the unmanaged, untrained staff was incredibly rude. We will 100% not be going there ever again.
Food is ok but wow can you clean the place up. I most likely won’t go back for awhile becouse of how dirty it is in there
Me and my husband love your guys food! We go here at least twice a month. I just wish they didn’t run out of chicken . They seem to run out of chicken a lot, and that’s the only meat my husband eats. But other than that, everyone is so nice and so welcoming. Love the food thanks for making as satisfied. We will keep coming to eat at Qdoba!
I’ve been there several times recently. This last time they were out of ALL meats and out of queso!!!!That’s right Qdoba the place famous for chicken queso was out of chicken queso.I could see they were cooking chicken but they didn’t even want to give the option to wait. Just rudely stated my only option was veggie, no apology, no options, just BS.This is just one of many bad experiences at this location. I don’t know who’s running this place but it’s not good…
