Pizza was soggy and so disappointing. Pizza Hut was mine and my hubby's favorite growing up so we decided to order as it's been years. Very disappointing. Delivery driver was kind and Pizza arrived warm. But soggy with minimal toppings.
Worst pizza hut EVER! I understand call outs and short staff, but we ordered 2 medium pizzas and wings. 4 HOURS LATER STILL NO PIZZA. My kids have been asking for pizza all night. They shouldn't have to wait 2 hours after bedtime to get the pizza they asked for. We call 3 times and all they could tell us was our order was undeliverable. They told us this when we called at 8:30!!!! They couldn't even explain how such a simple order could be undeliverable. Store credit for the inconvenience is absolutely useless as ill NEVER go to this pizza hit again. I'll go to Port Orchard or Domino's next time
Watch your credit card statements for fees separate from your orders!! Thier app is an absolute mess and cause nothing but headaches!! That's the last time I'm trying. Considering they use a call center now to order the pizza there's zero customer service with no way to resolve issues. I wish more local places delivered so I could support them. But pizza hut will never get another dime of my $$. And they better give back what they took!!
Do yourself a favor and go to Costco or Papa Murphys unless you want to stave to death waiting on this pizza !!! Been an hour and still don’t have it and they have NO answers for me.
Over cooked and tasted a bit like the cardboard box it was in when I picked it up. Ordered a large thin crust pepperoni. I'd suggest for pizza you stick with Papa Murphys.
We ordered a big box, which had 1 pepperoni pizza and 1 with cheese & mushrooms, and chicken wings and breadsticks. The only thing edible was the breadsticks. The pizzas were like dough with something poured on top - no flavor and very very doughy, and the chicken wings were burned beyond recognition. We called the store and after waiting 15 minutes on the phone to speak with a manager, spoke with Justin, who said he was so sorry and offered us a credit to be used in the store.
My pizza was almost burnt. I looks nothing like the photo below. It was hard, burned, and chewy. they were very busy and I could see my pizza sitting outside the oven for several minutes as i stood an waited. I live 5 minutes away. It was cold by the time I got home.
Even with the staff shortage the female being a one man army was able to get my food to me on time. I hope they have luck finding new employees
Prompt friendly service, easy to use website. Pizza was hot and delicious.
The pizza was exactly as ordered and was actually ready a couple minutes early. The staff were very attentive and pleasant.
