The restaurant is for sale and the customer service reflects that. We used to go here regularly, but that will be ending now. The staff are rude and have zero pride in their work.Watch closely when they make your pita or they'll screw it up, blame you, then refuse to fix it.
This was my 1st and last time here. The kids working there are more concerned with conversations with their friends and coworkers rather than taking my order. I had two people order after me but were tended to first? Being my first time, I was not aware of their ordering process and had no assistance from employees to explain? I asked for a refund so the employee called a manager for assistance. While explaining to the manager she expressed her lack of concern by her gestures and rolling her eyes. I feel for the owner and wish them the best. I am a business owner with several employees and I understand the struggles but one of the 3 employees should have been able to pull it together. I now understand why this was the only empty restaurant in the complex.
First time. Was really good fast food. Nice bit of spice and flavor. Really friendly staff as well.
Downgrading my review two years later. I was disappointed and somewhat disgusted today, although it’s been a treat in the past to get a falafel here. I had to repeat myself to the guy behind the counter over and over and over—he couldn’t seem to comprehend. I explained I was early, and asked that he not cook my falafel balls on the grill until he cleaned it because I’m a vegetarian and he had meat cooking but he didn’t clean it. He wore his mask below his nose, and could not communicate. The falafel I received was mush, with no discernible fresh veggies except for spinach. The whole experience was disgusting. I have always looked forward to the Pita Pit as a special treat, but now I don’t know if I’ll return. Perhaps this is why the store is for sale.
Got super sick after eating this for dinner the guacamole tasted a bit weird. Never again sorry ?
Couldn’t ask for better service, love their healthy options, and can’t go wrong with their Philly!
Delicious fresh food! Staff was amazing.
The store is incredibly clean. Staff very friendly just a tad slow in preparation of orders. Everyone abided by masks and six feet of separation. Kind of cool design of the interior. Looks like it might have been a different business before Pita Pit. Our wraps were awesome and super delish. Thank you.
