Stopped here around 430pm. They seemed to be lacking or almost out of certain dishes for being right before dinner time. I got the walnut prawns(there were no walnuts), the pepper beef with vegetables and fried rice. Also the cream cheese wonton. The shrimp was a bit on the mushy side, the pepper beef was OK, somehow they made fried rice tasteless and the wontons were a little soft and nothing to write home about.Customer service was pleasant.
Well don't ever go to this place when they are under 30 minutes away from closing because they only have available whatever is still left from their buffet. That I suppose is understandable I guess...maybe that is how all panda expresses close up...I wouldn't know because this is the only panda express I have been to, and the only time I have came thru neat closing. But besides all that the reason for a 1 star rating is because of the super rude and disrespectful customer service from the staff. Or should I say, from the one staff member running the drive thru and window. Negative attitude, impatient with me as I tried to find something I actually like that they still have to offer. Very rude when I asked them to name everything they still had...to the rude girl that works at panda express off 6th Ave in tacoma; maybe you should try and get a better job or something because it's nobody's fault but yours that you work dead end job!
The staff was friendly and efficient. The food was fresh and tasted great. I will visit again soon!
Always reliably good. Fast service. The food is yummy. Especially love the honey walnut shrimp and their egg rolls (if not over done).
Best panda express i have ever had.. You get a good amount of food for the money but they also cook it better than the other ones i have been to. Very consistent.

LAZY WORKERS. Everywhere it says they close at 9:30PM not 9:00PM and tonight as a friend and i went inside to order at 9:01 to grab some food to go and immediately the people kicked us out and said they were already closed. But they still had people in line getting food! I can understand having a long day and wanting to go home but if your store says you dont close until 9:30 dont close until 9:30. Incredibly inconsiderate and rude to kick us out a half hour before closing. Very disappointed

your running around Gig Harbor shopping and hungry, tired of the over priced places to eat, sounds familiar huh...good. healthy food for a change. .thanks Panda Express. ..good food and didn't have to spend an arm & a leg for good portion, great food and quick service. ..as Arnold said. ..I'll be back.
My school did our second takeover this school year and the place was packed. They couldn't keep up with the orders. The food is outstanding and service is friendly. I will stop by even when it's not for school. Way better than fast food!
