My sister and I went to pick up a DoorDash and we got to the speaker and explained the customer info they needed. It took a little bit for him to respond so I figured they were just figuring out who the order was for. Then the employee told us to go to the first window to pick up the food. We went to the first window as told and a girl with a blonde pixie cut asked if we’re here for DoorDash and we said yes. Then after looking around confused she closed the window. We sat at the window because for at least a minute as we were told. Then she goes up to the window and rudely said “are you going to go up to the other window.” We went to the other window and we told the other employee that we were ignored at the window so we didn’t know what to do. All he said was “all food is picked up at the second window.” Overall, there was no organization and when they made a mistake they pushed the blame on us.
Stopped here on my way to work to grab a few sausage McMuffins since I didn't grab breakfast at home. I went to the drive thru. There was 2 lanes available. I went to the one on the left. I waited a minute and no one came to take my order. Then someone went to the lane on the right and immediately started receiving service. I got service following the guy that got there a minute after me. The sausage McMuffins were fine, but one was missing half of it's top bun. I lay awake at night wondering where the other half of that top bun went.
The quarter pounders are always good at this location. Anything else is mostly subpar and cold although I dont usually get a chicken sandwich, so cant speak to that. I always ask for no katchup and always get some. Special orders, even when paying extra, often go unfulfilled. I also stopped eating the fries or getting pop at this location as it seemed to make me sick everytime. So if I am in the mood for a quarter pounder with katchup and bottled water, this place is great, anything else is mostly inedible.
Only gone thru the drive thru. It depends on the hour of the day if they get your order right or if the fries are cold
There was nobody ahead of me at the speaker, one car at the pick-up window. Took over 30 seconds for someone to come on the speaker. When they did, they were curt. I order, pulled up to the pay window, paid. At the pickup window the employees seemed more interested in just sitting and jawing. I received my order, coffee and 2 burritos. Very curt service. The burritos were squashed, as if someone had squeezed them. Ingredients came tumbling out of the paper wrapper, as if someone was just throwing stuff onto the tortilla and not bother to make sure it landed on the tortilla. One was wrapped in a way that looked almost triagular. The other had stuff falling out of both ends. Neither had good ingredient ratios. I like cheese, but one had more cheese than usual. Overall, not impressed at all.
Quick and friendly service. Food you expect from McDonald’s.
Awesome McDonald's if you like cold fries and your into your orders getting messed up on an occasion
I pulled up to order..only one there. Was asked to wait. No biggie....a minute passes and a car pulls up to the second order kiosk. Their order was taken first. I then had my order taken and it ended with the person saying "okie dokie artichokie"....I get it that its only fast food...but after making me wait and taking someone else's order then to be unprofessional? Is this how GH is?
Got home with the wrong order. Called to let them know. They were already aware. Was told they were going to send something in the mail. Nothing ever came. Food is usually cold and sloppy anyway. Only go there as a last resort.
It was a scary experience. I am not a frequent visitor of McDonald's. A drive thru visit proved to be an uncomfortable encounter where we did not feel safe or treated with customer service as which is the reputation of Mc Ds. Sad.
