We order $75 worth of chicken and sides. Receipt time stamp 437pm. We get a partial order and get told to pull around front. We have chicken and some biscuits. 10 minutes later I walk in. I get the rest? Something looks off. I drag the whole order back inside to see what we were shorted. Missing 4 biscuits. Dude from the kitchen comes out with a box. "There you go". I felt like they thought I was trying to rip them off. No apology for incorrect order or excessive time. Nothing. Time leaving the parking lot, 453pm. Thank you for the prompt courteous service, NOT!!!
They told me that it will take 25 min for my meal to be ready because the needed to make more dark meat so I went somewhere else and came back with in the time that they told me and they already gave my food to someone else in an entire different vehicle and told me they wouldn’t replace my food for their mistake.
I ordered the 12 piece family meal. And the staff was great about accommodating my request for dark meat only (drumsticks and thighs) It was nice that I wasn't given wings for the price of the family bucket. Original recipe had a nice crisp to it. KFC is generally greasy no matter where you go for KFC. So no minuses on that for the Gig Harbor store.

You know when they have what you want the food is good giving this a 3 star because for the last few years no matter what time I go in or through the drive thru there is always a 15 to 20 minute wait on the staple item on the menu chicken someone needs to keep track of what sells better and keep it on hand
Very slow service dirty really dirty kitchen no customer service like don’t give a f* service, run down shop needs improvement no corporate interest low quality food….. I feeel sorry for the one worker doing everything. no good
Made a 15$ mobile order at 7:00. When I got there, there was a sign that said "Closing at 6:30 for maintenance".No way to get a refund. Used to be a regular, now Im never coming back.

I placed an order worth $30 online the app said it would be ready at 8:01 when my wife got there at 8:15 they said they closed at 8:00pm (website says 10PM) and were out of chicken anyway and they could not credit us. They gave us a phone number to call and I called it four time. Each time waiting for about 15 minutes and then going to a voicemail box finally on the 5th try I got through to someone. They were very gracious and helpful and credited my $30.Never again going to this location. it's just not worth the effort and time to not get any food then spend hours trying to rescue my money back.
Normally I don't take time to review fast food places, as you know what you are supposed to get, so expectations are not that high. However after a less than stellar experience about two weeks ago, I decided to give this location another try.So for a 2-person dinner, I purchased an 8-piece tenders meal with biscuits, mashed potatoes and, because they were out of cole slaw at 1:00 pm on a Sunday, corn - for over $30.The potatoes and corn were fine, and typical for KFC. The problem was with the tenders or I should say lack of tenders. These tenders, which weighed out at less than 6 ounces total, were some of the smallest, stringiest, driest 8 examples of KFC chicken I have ever seen in my life.I never give a food place more than two strikes, so I will never go back to this location. Should have taken into account the two cars in the lot for employees, and no waiting in the drive-thru line on a busy Sunday as a sign. Lesson learned.
