Our weekend ritual is to pick up sandwiches at Jersey Mike's in Gig Harbor and head to our favorite tap room for lunch. We've had a few incorrect orders, delayed orders via ordering thru the app but all was forgivable. Two weekends ago, we picked up our usual order and when we opened it up... discovered the bread was completely stale. CRUMBLING APART STALE. EATING THE SANDWICH INNERDS SANS BREAD STALE. I messaged corporate and they responded several days later to inform me that they don't address complaints as this was a franchise operation. They said they forwarded our msg to the owner to respond. No surprise...2 weeks later...nada, no response. Totally disappointed! Nearly two years of weekly sandwich purchases and we can't get an email back with an apology?! NOT OK. We will be buying from Jimmy John's across the street from now on.
DO NOT GO TO JERSEY MIKE'S IN GIG HARBOR. Terrible customer service, can't get the orders done. No wonder it was empty. Pathetic

My husband and I are originally from Philadelphia, moved here a few years ago. This is our first Jersey Mikes experience and I have to say . . . it was phenomenal! The closest sandwich we've had to a real east coast experience in our time here. I don't remember his name, Erin I believe, was an absolute gentleman asking us all about the east coast! It was nice to converse with someone who knows the east coast lingo! We will DEFINTLEY be coming back. 10 stars if I could ! ! ! ! !

First time I have ever ate there. Way better then subway. They cooked the meat on a grill right in front of you. Instead of microwaving it like subway. The cheese was all sliced right there.

They put a customers food on the counter before wrapping it. Plus they have no condiments hardly at all. Don't waste your time or money
The service is fine but slow. The sandwiches are good, but I've only tried a couple of them.
