It was super busy tonight with a large party group of around 20 and I hear they were short staffed. However, you would never really know it because the staff was very prompt, attentive and friendly. Both service and food were amazing as usual.
Love the dough! ❤ Great place to have a true pizza! I also enjoyed watching how pizzas went in to the big round oven and then serve to the table. Thanx!
Pizza and salads absolutely authentic and delicious! Environment was more like a large open cafeteria style seating. Pretty loud because it was so busy. We came primetime on a Friday night, so lots of families. If you're wanting an intimate experience, best to come off hours. Footnote, wine is served in a small tumbler glass.?
Let me start by saying our server was a rock star! Totally impressed. Once you figure out the open seating situation ( it was very crowded and our first time there) it was great. Everything was so timely and tasted great. Will go back next time I cross the bridge.
If you are craving for some good tasting pizza and you are tired of eating the typical fast food pizza, I highly recommend that you go to Fondi in Gig Harbor Wa. The place offers take out, but if you are insisting to get out of the house, I highly recommend that you dine in there as well. The establishment was to my liking. The place was clean and gave you a sense of warm welcoming as you entered the building. The seating was spacious. The tables were big, plenty of room to hold your food and beverages. The atmosphere was not to loud or to quiet — just right! The staff was professional and friendly. Our server was polite and was caring by always asking us if we were doing okay or if we needed anything. As for the food, the pizza was amazing! The food was really good. The wife and I had the Margherita and the Milano. Depending on your appetite, I don’t think you will leave the table disatisfied. I really don’t have any comments on my drinks - my water glass was always full. As for the price? I cannot argue to what we paid — good food comes with a reasonable price. I cannot talk to the restroom facilities because I did not use them, but I can only imagine they too are clean. Overall, I would return and I can’t wait to try out the other pizza on their menu.
The perfect sour dough crust topped with high quality ingredients! Friendly atmosphere, very clean , great service and most importantly delicious food! The pride of ownership is evident! We had a Margherita and a prosciutto and arugula pizza and a medium Caesar salad for 2 people, and took half of it to go, as it was more than enough deliciousness! Highly recommend and this will be our go to place every time we are in the area and every time we want pizza!
We received our food quickly. The salad with apples and candied walnuts was excellent ($7 for small). The pizzas were very good (12” for $15). The ice cream and affogato were excellent. Service was friendly. The restaurant was clean.

The best pizza I have had since I was in New York. They could use some seat cushions and some acoustic panels but the money they saved on ambiance they obviously spent on the pizza. Service is maybe better than ok but again the pizza is fire
