Normally this place is fine. However, I stopped going about six months ago because the food quality had gone down. I went back today just for the heck of it and waited in the drive through. I ordered a Jr. Whopper meal with extra pickles. Waited to pay, got the food, and left. The workers were very polite. It was super disappointing though, when I finally was able to unwrap the whopper and see that not only was it a sloppy mess, there were no pickles, and they added cheese which i did not ask for. I'm not illergic to dairy. So that wasn't going to kill me. But when I looked at the slip, they had put me down for No pickles. And had it as Jr. Whopper with cheese. Normally they ask if you want cheese, or just don't put it on. I say "Extra pickles" very clearly because for some reason fast food restaurants always get it wrong. So I know I said it.go here on your own discretion, because its become truly hit or miss.
Despite long waits the food has always been hot and fresh.I should advise they are short staffed. In fact it's become quite common beyond burger King in this town. Its going to happen that there may be closures of they have no one that can work.As times are hard for us all I want to offer a word of advice. Please be kind and have sympathy for the people who still work here despite dealing with difficult situations caused by the company beyond their control.
I've been coming to this Burger King for about 10 years. Most of the time the food is really fresh in comparison to other Burger Kings I've been to. I gave a 5 star review years ago but needed to update my review due to one particular employee - Jeff the manager. I see this gentleman at this location all the time. He works the front and the back...you can tell he is very dedicated to his job. I just hope they compensate this jewel of theirs well! I know they are frequently understaffed - which is pretty much true of all fast food joints right now. At this time, we really need to give kudos to those who have stuck it out and dealt with all the stuff slung at them over the past couple years. I'd hire Jeff anywhere knowing he's a man of dedication and good service.
The last 4 times I've attempted to go here DURING BUSINESS HOURS they're either closed or have some lame excuse why they can't serve me. The rare times I have received service I always get the strong vibe the staff doesn't want to do their job. Kinda the rolling their eyes tone I pick up through the intercom. I love BK but not this location.
By far one of the worst fast food joints I've ever visited. Almost every employee is incredibly rude and apathetic. Not only are they rude, but incredibly slow service. One of the few times I doordashed here they closed early and when I was trying to explain I had a door dash order he was incredibly rude and complained about his work situation. Also, are they ever going to open up the dining area to speed up their service?
Have attempted to go through the drive through here a couple times and the box that shows the order is broken. The person taking the orders is pushy "Is that it, is that it?" Ended up leaving the line both times and going somewhere else to eat. Open the dining room or at least the in person ordering. Not everyone wants to sit in their car and breath exhaust for 20 minutes before getting their food. AND not everyone can order at the drive through.
This Burger King restaurant is simply just wretched, wretched wretched wretched! When I tried to order my normal lunch of 4 whoppers and 2 large chocolate milk shakes with a side of extra mayo they said they were all out, and that the only thing that they serve now is the “Goblin meal” Obviously this seriously ticked me off! I asked what was in this so called “Goblin meal” but they just kept telling me, “do not speak, the elders will feast upon you” after a couple more minutes of asking these wretched blokes why they were acting this way they finally told me that the “Goblin meal” was “A burger with monotonous sludge freshly squeezed from the glunt” and then they were taken away by some omniscient entity! Truly a wretched place do not eat here!
Hot food and quality service. This location gets bonus points for being very patient with an indecisive customer like me who had questions about the menu. Also, burger toppings were all as ordered, which is often not the case at a fast food chain.
Their food is always fresh and the employees are more then friemdly
Burger King is not worth your time. There are holes all around this restaurant and you can easily damage your car by visiting this locations this business needs to step up and pay for fixing the roads near it if they ever want me to consider going to it.
