Service is always good! Food is consistent and flavorful. While this is a burger company, their fish is pretty darn good!!!!
We enjoyed dinner with friends here tonight. The food is good, but we were mainly impressed with the service. Devin is so personable and his co workers all pitched in too. These days, good service is very much appreciated! Thanks guys!
Disappointed in the process to get your food at this restaurant.I was really looking forward to being able to have an adult beverage or two before my meal and apparently I have to order my drink at the same time I order my meal. I did that and then my drink didn't arrive until my meal arrived so needless to say I did not order a second drink because I did not like the process.
Great burgers, good beer and liquor selection. Friendly staff and good tunes.
Update: Quality had definitely gone down hill over the last year. After ordering several times for take out and consistently disappointed I'm done trying. Today's burger was ok, but the onion petals which I paid more for as an upcharge was truly nasty. Tiny pieces, oily, soft and gooey. Since it was takeout it was too much trouble to return and get it remade. Sad to see my once favorite eatery declining and certainly not worth almost $20.---Our favorite burger place ? Bacon Blues Burger and Onion Petals is my absolute fav.
There's nothing especially remarkable about it, but it's a solid bar and grill. You can get any of the burgers in whole wheat wraps, lettuce wraps, or in a salad, so we can feel a little better about our choices. We've always had decent service and the cocktails are great.
The staff at Blazing Onion in Gig Harbor is always friendly and fast in their service. They have the highest level customer service of any restaurant I have ever been to. Devon is always conscientious and courteous and always seeks to provide customers with the best dining experience possible. We always feel totally comfortable and well taken care of when we have dinner there and will continue to go back again and again. Thank you for always going the extra mile for your guests!

The food was quite good, and the service was very good. The wait for food was reasonable. When we called a server using the button at the table, they were at the table in second.
Everything tasted very good. I got a raspberry lemonade & classic cheeseburger (everything on) with a side of tater tots. the lemonade is very tasty 10/10. definitely trying one of their chicken sandwiches next time.
