Terrible experience! Staff was extremely rude. Food was beyond terrible. Literally frozen pizzas are better than this!
I ordered Alfredo with chicken for my kids and I. The sauce was not creamy at all, it actually looked like milk that had gone bad. It was very watery and had chunks of white "cheese". I tasted it and it tasted sour. The owner said the employee was new and didn't know how to make the sauce so she took the food back and "fixed" it. She brought it back covered in garlic and added more grated cheese to try to make the watered runny sauce look thicker, which only made it look less appealing and still tasted sour. I asked if she could at least refund half of what I paid since none of us were going to eat it and she said, "You know, the government has already charged the taxes and I can't give the money back". I am a small business owner myself and know all too well that's not how it works. I called her out on this and and she offered to give my kids and I a pretzel. This is very poor customer service. I will never come back to eat here. She lost a lot over poor customer service and $33.

Absolutely the WORST meatball sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. No cheese, cold like it had never been put in the oven, with a bun that crumbled like it was a muffin. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague.
I ordsr 10$ for a fedichinni Alfredo for my boyfriend and I. We had to wait 7 minutes just to get pasta with watery sauce and no flavor. The sauce was just cloudy water. I didn't realize it was watery and it spilt on my leg.When I got up to the window the lady was helping a customer. She stops what she is doing and comes to me asking what I was I said "fedichinni alfredo" then she said ok and went on to the other customer. Then the guy comes up to me and says "what did you want?" I said "oh just fedichinni alfredo" he then starts cutting pizza and says alright here. I was like "I meant the pasta." Then he was like ah ok let's pay so I get over to pay and had to wait for my food. While we were waiting they served other customers that had harder orders than I did.Please skip this place. Its not worth your time.
I would really like to have reviewed the food here because I'm actually a fan of mall pizza places, but after standing at the counter in a couple different places for visibility for service for about four minutes and not seeing an employee at all, I gave up. This was during near peak lunch hours, too. No bell to ring, nothing to alert anyone who was hiding in the back that there was someone wanting to place an order.
Even though this is probably not good for dieting I do enjoy the customer satisfaction of this place. The gentleman here that works at this establishment im not sure if he's the owner or just another employee but i have only seen him maybe one other but mostly him. He has been nothing but kind to me. I enjoy his consistent attitude which always seems to be happy. I love the good portion items and the option of mariana sauce on the side. I do hope you keep this man employed or at least give him a raise. I will be a returning customer for time to come. I recommend this place to anybody that enjoys Italian zaaz. The price may seem higher than normal but you're getting quality and quantity along with great customer service.
WORST pizza I have ever had!! Upon opening the box it reeked like yeast, almost like beer. The pizza was so under cooked!! ABSOLUTELY disgusting!! The "salad" was mostly cut up cucumbers, onion, bell peppers and tomatoes. The "homemade" Italian dressing ironically tastes like Kraft Italian dressing. I will NEVER order from here again. I can't believe they thought this food was acceptable to be served to the public!!!
Zita Only located at 1928 S. Commons Mall #3, Federal Way, 98003 was closed by a Public Health food inspector on January 29, 2020 at 1:00 pm due to the imminent health hazard of no available hot water. The establishment will be reopened once the inspector confirms that this issue has been resolved.
Worst pizza ever. Not only did it arrive without the correct toppings, it was cold. The crust would need to be improved in order to taste like cardboard. Absolutely horrible.
