Been coming to this establishment for years as we live within 5 minutes away.Ordered 4 Spicy Chicken, 1 Teriyaki Chicken, 1 Fried Rice for pick up.All 5 Chicken orders were dry with a jerky-like texture and not properly seasoned. Rice was not fresh and appears to be discolored and at least 1+ day old.Fried rice ingredients appeared wilted, chicken dry and flavorless.Called the establishment to confirm if items were fresh and how they were prepared. Was informed that Chicken is precooked on the side and reheated when an order comes through. Same went with the fried rice. This practice results to a dry, finished product with the ingredients void of any natural juices.Management did.not.make any attempt to rectify the problem. Sad to say, I will not be returning.
This is by far the best teriyaki place in Washington. Whenever I am in the area I have to get an order of teriyaki and their garlic sauce is to did for. Orders are quick, business is clean. I love it and the staff is always very nice!
We bought two chicken and beef short rib teriyaki combos for dinner and now I am sick. This was the only thing I ate today and I have all the symptoms of food poisoning...and I mean all of them. The food tasted and looked great but unfortunately I got sick.
It's in the middle for normal teriyaki pricing. The food is good. Only thing I would say is I want a bigger salad very small portion maybe 3 bites
Decent and average teriyaki, they don't give you any sides like soy sauce unless you ask for them. Then they charge you. Beware when ordering for pickup there won't be any soy sauce in your order. We usually order from other places that like to be more plentiful to the customer that is dropping on average 60-80 dollars on a dinner. I get weird about that kind of stuff so it's obviously my personal opinion.
Love the food here and its so affordable . And worth every cent and aleays very fast.
Food was over cooked. Overall I would not recommend eating here.
Very good Teriyaki. Fast service. No dine in due to covid. Family run business. Definitely a go to eat.

Good food. But make sure you're ordering from the one on host road and not dash point. I made that mistake. There's more than one location in federal way.
