Good music, clean/comfortable seating area, and soft Boba!! It makes me feel like I’m in a cool Asian street cafe! Definitely a hot place!
the tea is phenomenal, and the food is good too.the coconut prawns have a very balanced flavor & a simply satisfying texture. their in-house dipping sauce is rlly good too.

My wife and I tried this place for the first time a couple of days ago, and we loved it! They were busy, but they were very on top of their game! I found my favorite drink so far and look forward to finding more!

My mom brought me here; she is from Taiwan. This is one of the best bubble tea places that I have been to in the US. It is a larger space, so it is really nice to sit and have tea and snacks with friends. I highly recommend their taro milk tea, which is made with real taro pieces (as opposed to that shameful purple powder in other places), and their guava fruit tea which is hard to find, even at bubble tea places. There are lots of good snacks too. Try their custard cake, which is made fresh.
Good food and great drink first time eating since only YiFang in the state that offer food ! Would eat again soon.
First time trying Yifang and I got the brown sugar milk tea with cheese foam. It was not as sweet as I thought it would have been but it was smooth and creamy enough. The place was nice, inviting, and clean. There are lots of choices for snacks too. Found out that there are other locations throughout Seattle! But I like this location as it is close to other eateries. Will definitely come back to try other drinks and possibly snacks that they have.
The place is nice and clean. And i like there are two places to physically order as well as a qr code posted. Helps with line management. The drinks seem to lean sweet but luckily there are sweetness adjustments. Im partial to hot drink and got the taro with sago. Taro chunks cam be a bit too large for the straw but it's not a huge issue.
